Founded in 2013, Survey Junkie is an online community where members become influencers by sharing their opinions and completing surveys for nationwide brands. Completion of surveys is rewarded by earning points which, after accumulating a certain amount, can be redeemed in the form of gift cards, virtual rewards, and cash. Members can access Survey Junkie via computer or any mobile device.

Survey Junkie is a consumer rewards website where members can earn redeemable points and make money by taking online surveys.  Members redeem earned points in cash-value, which can be sent directly via PayPal, or in the form of electronic gift cards for popular retailers such as Amazon and Target.

Features and Services

Survey Junkie allows users to join for free,. One can quickly and easily sign up by using their email and creating a profile. Once the profile is completed, members are matched to surveys and can immediately take them on any device, anywhere, and at any time. Surveys vary in topic and length, and are devised to help improve and influence brands and products of numerous retailers around the country.

Members are required to share their opinions and experiences by answering survey questions. After completion of a survey, members receive points. After reaching at least 1000 points, members can then redeem them as a cash out payment via PayPal, or as an electronic gift card.

With electronic gift cards, members can shop at popular online retailers, including Amazon and Target. Members also have the opportunity to earn extra income by becoming a Survey Junkie Affiliate, a partnership in which one earns commission by helping drive more traffic to the website.

Well I've been member for 8 months everything's pretty good except the promises being keeping like these days when I did complete So many days for many promotions when in fact I did I've worked surveys everyday since I've joined this site they owed me $25 for completing multiple weeks of surveys an promotional offers

So many people are havinf problems with this site scamming them, not paying out money, issues with having their account paused, no response from customer service yet they have an A rating from the BBB. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB instead of complaining here!! That is the only way the company will care to change anything!! Just go to the better business bureau online and file a complaint!! Trust me, the BBB will drop their rating and investigate them and they will not like that 1 bit! These companies pull stuff like this all the time but seems like this 1 does it way more often. Thanks 4 the warning, I certainly wont be signing up with them!

i signed up but couldnt redeem my first $5 which I wanted to do before I got too deep and couldnt get paid. so i kept rolling. now i cant do surveys because I cant even get to them for all the pop ups trying to get me to sign up for other survey groups. They dont respond well to emails. Its been a waste of my time. I was deceived.

I had to change my bank information, to get payment- and they will not change the form of payment. So, make sure u do not have to EVER change your bank info. Very upsetting. Now I can only get paid by giftcards. Very disappointing

I was promised points for doing a survey. After spending several minutes to complete, giving up private information, I was disqualified and not told why. This happened more often then I was given points. Spent hours and earned $2 which I could not redeem as needed $5 to redeem. Contacted help but they never responded., so gave up!

It’s all about color and age they Take the surveys all the way at the end they tell you to qualify and get one point to me that shouldn’t be very available that’s pretty fault

I DON'T recommend this site. I had a balance of over $40 and when I tried to cash it in it didn't work and no one responded to my requests for my money.

I have been using survey junkie for over a year now and I have always been paid immediately they their e- gift cards that are sent to you via email and used at the store just like a gift card on your phone though. Yes the questions can be repetitive like your age and birthdate but that’s because it’s a new survey. Just keep your information the same and you shouldn’t have any problems. I’ve never had a problem with contacting them about a couple mishaps on my points and they quickly got back with me they email only. Hi I’m Judith Noboa I cash out on 1/20/2020 the website tell me my money going to be in my PayPal on 24 hrs is pas 4 day over and nothing yet I I need awesome because I fallow step by step and my reference needs to know if this is a real money the doing they step to but we need to know if the cash out is true.

Cashed out a total of $140 over a period of several months, & then things began to go bad real fast. My account was "paused" several times based on "false information" I'd supplied in a survey (not true), & then it happened more & more frequently that I would spend 20-30 minutes on a survey - & then would not receive my points at all. When I reported the survey number & date taken to the staff, they repeatedly told me that they could find no evidence of my having taken the survey. It was great at first but I got kicked out of many surveys. Don't ever change your e-mail address or you are screwed. For some reason they cannot update your e-mail address and you have to create a new account. Then the new account causes havoc with Paypal. What a bunch of crap. I sent an e-mail asking that they delete my account.

crap been doing this for a month earned over $13.00 now i got an error 14 code saying security . bunch of crap ask u mulitipule times age birthdate then you dont qualify after you spend 5 min answering .

I just attempted 10 seperate surveys and was kicked out of each one and given $ .02 each for participating.. I knew free money was too good to be true..gonna stick to being a teacher lolol

This survey site is a SCAM!!! Everything worked great when I had first created an account with them. I was getting survey after survey, and everything was getting credited like it was suppose. It didn't take me long to reach the $10 cash out limit, and I was able to cash out with no issues. I continued to use the site until I stopped getting surveys. I contacted customer support to see what the issue was, and they told me that they had to "pause" my account due to me having multiple accounts. What the heck?
