How bogus is your company? Website is almost blank. Phone out of service. None of the email addresses accept emails, all undeliverable. But your credit card system seems to work. Refund my money immediately. Cancel whatever membership or subscription. Contact me immediately.
This is a SCAM. Their app is not even working in my region, and when I immediately canceled they did not refund. Their 100% money back guarantee is only on the monthly and they force you into a 3 month package to save you money. Which again, doesn't even matter, because the app doesn't work and for that alone, they should refund. Do not buy anything from this company.
This is a SCAM. The App wasn't even in apple for my region. Then I immediately requested a cancelation and was denied, and forced to pay $80! for a service I didn't get and I had IMMEDIATLY emailed for cancelation. I never even downloaded app after they were working on the issue. :( On that issue alone, they should have refund immediately.
The app is not special, very generic... when reaching out for a refund and cancellation, I was denied the refund. Only used for 2 days and wasted $80. Very misleading. Shift with Erin feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs!
I purchased the year program and they failed to inform me that I needed equipment to perform home workouts, bands & weights. If I would have known that, I would have reconsidered. I asked for refund due to the misinformation and was denied.
Crooks. Terrible company who doesn't stand behind their free trial or money back guarantee. The app and the workouts are a joke. Don't use them.
Scam!!! This company took my money and won't give it back to me even after sharing their Money Back Guarantee with me. I paid $190.00 and I requested my money back and cancelation of this service immediately. I did not download any of their apps, etc. This is a scam.
My granddaughter purchased a membership without my permission using my debit card. When I contacted Shift and explained that I did not want it they were more then willing to cancel my membership and refund the $79.98 that was charged to debit. The refund was to process within 5 to 10 business day. It has now been 27 days since my membership was cancelled. I no longer have a membership but I also DID NOT receive my refund! I tried to call the phone number on the website for contact number and all I get is "sorry we are not able to take your call right now please try again" It beeps and I leave a message but no response or a phone call back I have called over 6 times. This program is a scam. I was going to try it for a month, but they bombarded me until I agreed to get "2 months for the price of 1". I thought I signed up for 2 months, NOPE, that was for 3 months, which would not be a problem except that once you buy more than 1 month your plan changes from Pro to Power. THEIR 30 DAY $$ BACK GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY IF YOU SIGN UP FOR MORE THAN 1 MONTH. Beware, if you decide to go for the so called generous offer of a free month you will be charged $79.95 and will not qualify for any refunds even if you want to cancel as soon as u notice the charge..
This charge is undisclosed. Also forget about calling any customer service or live chats. No one will ever answer the phone and the live chats continuously say they wl send it to the right department. And you will never hear back . Also if u prepay the year , you will get no refund.
As the other reviewer mentions the advertisement seems fairly straight forward. Try for 30 days and get your money back if not satisfied "FOR ANY REASON." While purchasing the company offers a deep discount if you purchase a year upfront. BUYER BEWARE!!! The app is consistently malfunctioning, generic and EXPENSIVE. When you realize not only does the app not function properly but that when it does it is not a useful tool you will be stuck with it despite the 30 day back guarantee. Agree with Laura A - DO NOT PURCHASE ANNUAL PLAN as there will be NO REFUND if you change your mind. Total disappointed with this part of customer service. I felt like I was taken advantage of and regret my purchase of an annual plan. Please think twice before purchasing.
I was surely disappointed after purchasing the annual subscription and not getting a refund. Refunds are only for people who purchase monthly and not annual subscriptions. Please read carefully, you WILL NOT be saving money if it doesn't work out for you, you will loose money, no refund. I would NOT recommend purchasing the annual subscription in case this isn't for you. You should only purchase the month to month so you can get a refund within 30 days if it doesn't work out for you.
