Obé workouts are structured on three pillars: Define, Sweat and Flow. Their expert instructors will guide you through each workout offering all the necessary modifications.
Define classes include: Sculpt, Pilates, Barre, Strength, Power
Sweat classes include: Dance Cardio, Dance HIIT, HIIT, Cardio Boxing, Bounce
Flow classes include: Vinyasa Yoga, Fire Flow, Yoga Sculpt, Beginner Yoga
Obé offers 22 live workout classes every day and more than 5,000 on-demand videos on its web and app-based platform. Flexibility is key when it comes to Obé: with your subscription, you can take as many classes as you want, when you want, either as standalone classes or as part of one of the many pre-made multiple-day programs curated by Obé according to fitness needs and/or intensity levels.
Obé also shines for its diverse course offering. The very long list of live classes and video content includes cardio, yoga, dance, meditation, prenatal, boxing, pilates, kids classes, bounce, barre, and lots more.
Via either the mobile app or web platform, you can schedule your classes so you can make sure you never miss a beat. You can also share your schedule with fellow Obé users so you can take classes together.
