First, most everything goes to Junk. Basically force you to have a contact list, which I'd prefer not to bother with - why? WHY? So Microsoft has a list of all my contacts? Isn't there spyware linkedin enough social networking spyware? Even if you move things from Junk to Inbox, keeps sending those mails to Junk - like stuff from alt news, which they over-censor. Now I just realized - then they autodelete it all - without asking you - after 7 or 30 days - and you can't change the setting - even if you pay the highest rate for the service. So now I see why so much mail has been missing. Fascist agenda - stir clear of this crap service provider. Not to mention - worst friggin... Read More

The change to this platform was a total failure to the businesses you had signed up prior to the change. No information, no customer service and zero assistance with the transfer. That being said Microsoft 365 is a very unfriendly platform to use and teach yourself on. I cringe every time I have to work with the platform with any kind of email issue. Please start looking for a user friendly platform, this is a terrible option and if I didn't have so much going on with Go daddy I would run screaming away from this shit show.

We were forced to move our email from godaddy’s sister company by godaddy. Godaddy mandated 365 to save all our emails in the move. Been at godaddy 45 days before noticing our company emails not sending. Godaddy first suggestion was to add security. Then they backed off and said our ip addresses were black listed and suggesting whitelisting. Now the issue is with Microsoft and godaddy has completely washed their hands of us and said, “over 1 million of their customers are experiencing the same thing. Upon asking for a refund for three years of service, they have opted not to reimburse the purchase. All of this was within the first two months of the switch to GoDaddy. We are looking at... I have 4 business emails for 4 different clients using GoDaddy. Switching from one account to another is aggravating and exhausting. The Work Space email system was 100 times better than the Outlook 365 crapola. I hated Outlook 365 when it first came out and I hate it now. Frustrating, frustrating, frustrating. I'm currently looking for a different email package that is professional looking and doesn't make my blood pressure rise. Even using gmail has crossed my mind. Although not the best for business, at least gmail will allow me to access email accounts quickly and not hold me hostage.

To those at Go Daddy. I'm about to tell you something you likely already know, which is your 365 is terrible, slow and a significant drop in class from work space. More features doesn't make for more benefits. For those who are accustom to 365 directly from Microsoft truly know what a step down Go Daddy 365 really is. Yes, I'll be looking elsewhere. You have proven to be a great role model for those who are interested in a template on how to shoot themselves in the foot....the old adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix" it still applies and has for a long time.....guess Go Daddy didn't get the memo. This entire process has been a nightmare! I already owned a 10 license subscription for my company with MS 365. Go Daddy salesman Eric said they could work with that. I paid Go Daddy over $13,000.00 to move my dmain from Ionos for one website, 4 backup domains and 100 emails. It has been a disaster. We are two weeks in and are Elika still has using "work arounds" to get to our email. Our MS 365 account has been locked and not working. Our Ionos email history could not be migrated because of the sequence of set up by the migration team. I will NEVER recommend this system to anyone!

GoDaddy's version of Office 365 is not the same as Office 365 Business Premium. While it pretends to be, there are major differences. First, the administration of 365 is done through GoDaddy's admin portal which is missing many features, is more complicated, and not half as good as the one through Microsoft. You will be flying back and forth between Microsoft admin pages for their individual programs (like Teams or Exchange) and then back to Go-Daddy's page in a dizzying mess. And when you finally find what you need....that feature may not work because you are on Go-Daddy. Click to learn more when you have a problem and then you go to microsoft's page which only explains what you need... Read More

What the people prior to me said is correct. It was the biggest mistake of my life & business. GoDaddy has been wanting me to switch to Office 365 for a long time. When I tried to add a new email to my webmail, they told me I no longer could, and had to go to 365. I paid around 500.00 for my company and these emails. Well, the migration just stunk, and today I'm still not getting all my emails. And the emails considered important, all go to Junk. (I can't miss these emails). With that, I called them and wanted my money back. Here is where you are gotten as well: I signed in on May 15th. The service didn't really start until 2 weeks later. Another 2 weeks go by with me calling... Read More

If I could give it zero stars I would... Their system cripples every other part of Microsoft's integrations. Kiss being able to use Azure goodbye. And good luck getting a refund even if you're a week over the 30 days.

They update the email every so often and completely mess up your rhythm of organizing. Not to mention it gets worse every time. I can't even search activities in my calendar anymore.

Backend coder doing O365 support 4 wife's company. Chose GoDaddy assuming better support. 2 years in not true. GoDaddy has screwed up adding accounts multiple times. GD routinely gives wrong answers to issues. Support is not very knowlegeable and may get irritable if u disagree. U r training them. They NEVER let u talk to 2nd line support. U have to sit there while 1st line put u on hold and talk to them. 2nd line support often been wrong too. Standard answer, will be fixed in couple days. Same as old MS reboot refrain. No way to file ticket or continue with problem. Every call from scratch. Their encryption product, ProofPoint, has issues. We r in the process of dropping it. Doesn't... Read More

Me and my coworker did not like the Office 365 vs. the old version. There's too much white space where your eyes can't scan quick or visually focus on something specifically at a glance like the older version. The older version is more condensed, easy to read, easier navigation and access, can expand the inbox view any way you want, has easier access to the tabs to go to contacts, settings, etc and stay within your page without opening new window. It just functioned much better. It's simply more readable, and more user friendly.

Our business email through go daddy is very unreliable, it often won't arrive until the next day to people I send to. It makes us look very unprofessional so even though we are paying for it, I had to switch back to our old email. Go daddy's solution , when I called, was to sell us a more expensive email. Needless to say we won't be renewing it.

I would NOT suggest you use either company. I purchased my domain through Microsoft and had Godaddy host my website. I tried to renew my domain after a year through Microsoft and it took over a MONTH for them to resolve my issue. I kept having to call both companies and after a while just had to make them three way each other on the phone so they could argue who's fault it was that my website wasn't working. If you have run a business, that's a looong time for your business' website not to work. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. Both of them. It was so bad that even the customer service teams acknowledged that they did a horrible job. Even though they admitted it, they... Read More

I am so disappointed in the product and service that you sold me. The email migration did not go smoothly at all. No one in my entire company is happy with this change as well as me. I would much rather have all my emails take a little longer to reach me on the imap email than to loose my contacts and email history like the exchange you set up for us. My secretary is missing a recent year of her sent files. No one’s Outlook is working correctly. Not a single contact will self populate when you start typing the email or the customers names. I think it’s sad that this is the best email service that your company has to offer and if it is possible, I want to go back to the imap email.

There is ZERO integration between what Godaddy calls their portal and the junk that M$ provides. A nightmare to set up and manage users - and don't even think about the backup/restore "functionality". It feels like a bunch of third graders set together for an hour and started programming. Utterly useless!!

The Godaddy Office 365 product does not have all the same features compared to buying direct from Microsoft for pretty much if not the same price. Don't be fooled by Godaddy sales people like I was. One feature for example is getting a daily Agenda Email summarizing your calendar events for the day. Godaddy NO, Microsoft YES. I imagine Godaddy does not pay for all the 365 features hoping you won't notice so they get it for a few bucks less to make some money. Just buy from Microsoft ... I feel silly for not realizing this.
