My 70 year old parents contacted this service to move them from Idaho to North Dakota to be nearer to our family after my father was diagnosed with lung cancer. Unbeknownst to all of us they set this up on their own with very little knowlege of such things. They were charged $19,000 initially and an additonal $800 at the time of loading because the quote was off. They have been in ND for over a week now.
