I heard about this company from a friend. I was debating about whether or not hiring them. I am so so glad to order my services from them. The website is so easy and seamless. The movers are amazing to pack everything inch of my moving truck! I will definitely use them again for any move!
My movers were absolutely phenomenal. Two of the most personable and professional individuals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Handled a challenging furniture with ease, and were great problem solvers. Highly recommend their service, would ABSOLUTELY work with them again.

Very happy we used Allegiance Moving and Storage. Used them for my move from Illinois to Florida and was happy with their services. The men were extremely friendly and worked through everything to ensure the items were not damaged. I didn’t have enough time to pack the lamps and put mattress covers on, but they were able to do this for me. The movers were on time and delivered in a timely fashion. Would recommend using them. I would use them again for any future moves!
Due to the size of the office items we had, we needed to hire a moving company to do this move for us. We contacted Jason at Allegiance Moving and Storage and he quickly got us a great quote for our business to move to our new office building They scheduled everything so that they would be able to come the very next day. The guys showed up on time and immediately started on packing and loading my things. My extremely heavy and large items were packed with extra care to protect them. I have used other long distance moving companies, but I can't say enough good things about this one. You can trust Allegiance Moving and Storage to take care of your move.
Allegiance Moving was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The men that came to my home were also pleasant and professional. The office staff eased my mind and made this move so simple for me. The truck showed up as scheduled at our new home. As soon as they showed up, they went right to work getting everything packed and loaded. Just know they will take care of your move and make it right! I will definitely use them if we move again.
We called Allegiance Moving and Storage to help us move from Missouri to Nevada. We spoke with Jason and he gave us a great price and explained the entire process to us. Their office staff was very helpful answering all of our questions. The lady’s in the office called us and updated us with the arrival time of the truck during the pick up and drop off. Overall, we were very happy with the service and will be recommending them to our friends and family.
Needed a small number of boxes and a few furniture pieces moved from Indiana to Ohio. Called Bill at Allegiance Moving and Storage. He was great to work with and gave me all the information I needed to know of what to expect on the day that I was moving. The men were on time and very efficient. They had everything wrapped and loaded on the truck within about 2 hours. My delivery arrived 2 days later and was unloaded and put into the apartment with the same care and efficiency. Will be using them again in the future if I need to move.
I do not know where all these positive reviews come from. I had a horrible experience with Allegiance Moving and Storage. Their initial quotes are so far beneath what actually gets charged but you will not know that until the day of the move when the movers come and tell you the price will be double the initial quote. Once this happened we were then told we had the option to pay the increased amount or just leave the items that did not fit. I was then told that the quote amount was incorrect because our furniture was "nice and not from Ikea." Allegiance Moving and Storage in simple words is amazing! I'm a very thorough and diligent person and my OCD doesn't help but not once did they get frustrated with me and all'll of my many questions but actually kept me calm cool collected and even more so updated on every part of my move. I am happy to say that we are all moved in, unpacked and enjoying our new home and not one back pain throughout the whole process thank you again and highly recommended!

When I was looking online and doing my research into moving companies one of the main things that threw me off was how salesy and pushy the coordinators were yet that was definitely not the case with Allegiance Moving and Storage. The moving coordinator took his time and answered all of my questions and not once did I feel rushed or pressured into anything. On top of all of the assistance that they provided they're honesty and empathy towards my situation was above and beyond. The best decision I have made besides relocating to WV was choosing Allegiance moving and storage as my moving company. Not only was the moving coordinator detailed and attentive but the customer service was amazing. Jackie and Bill are a great team and were able to break everything down for me so I understood what I was getting and also what additional things I needed. The on site crew was a pleasure to be around and with this summer's heat not once did they get frustrated or complain. I wish I would of known about them sooner to use them for all of my employment relocations.
