How do I return Idle Mattresses? Ive called the customer service number in book but the number is no longer in service?
DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/THIS SCAM COMPANY! I tried their mattress ONLY because it offered a year return policy. Bed hurt my back condition so I returned about 6 months later--though communicated w/them after 3 o that I had to return. They told me to find a donor. Not only did I take a LOT of time to find a good institution to donate bed to, I did ALL steps for return. Now that I read other complaints I know they were just biding time....and lied about "getting back" to me. It's now almost 8 months since they said they would refund me. Purchased a mattress for $1400 in September 2020 and now it is sagging on one side. It has an 18 month return guarantee. Now I can't reach the company and no one responds to emails.
very poor customer service. they offer a warranty that they have no intensions to back it up.
I have followed all protocol for my return. I have followed up multiple times since July waiting to receive my refund and I have not received it yet?! Please help I don’t have extra money laying around and idle is still selling and making promises! How can I get them to uphold their side of the contract they made with me?!
We ordered from Sleep Country Living which is ran by Idle Sleep Group. We paid $2,000 for a mattress we never received and can not get a hold of anyone to get a refund. I was emailing back and forth with a customer sales rep, she said refund should be here in 4-6 weeks. We are going on 12 weeks and now she is no longer responding. Now the website is completely gone. I would NEVER buy from this company. BEWARE!
It took a very long time to receive our mattress, ordered Dec 2020, it’s arrived May 2021. Have slept on it for 4 months and began to notice indentations on both sides, it shouldn’t be doing that especially when I lapse for talalay latex hybrid mattress. No one answers my emails for customer service. I want to return this for the trial period but now I have read they are filing for bankruptcy and this is why they are not answering anymore! So mad. How do you file with bank, like others mentioned?
I have been waiting on my refund since April 2021. I have been emailing back and forth with their customer service representatives with no progress in getting my refund. The company is has filed an ABC (alternative to bankruptcy) and still sells the mattresses to liquidate any remaining inventory. They will not be honoring their trial period. I was successful in getting a refund by disputing the charge with my bank. They were unable to get a response from the company, so the money was credited back.
I’ve had my mattress for 6 months and it ha a 2 foot long hump in it and I can’t sleep near the side as there is no support and I would fall off. No one answers any of my emails and the phone number does not belong to idle but instead it is an air conditioning company. The lies this company and consumer advocate tells are appallingly.
Unfortunately, we have had an extremely disappointing experience with Idle Sleep. We purchased a mattress, tried it for 30 days, and we have been attempting to get a refund. The company promises a 180-day sleep trial. However, I can't get a response by email, phone, social media - no one will contact me back. I got one email asking why we wanted to return it, and then nothing. We are having to dispute this with our credit card company. According to many other reviews, this is a common occurrence with this company. Buyer beware - a sleep trial with the promise of a refund will do no good if the company is unresponsive.
The first couple weeks are comfortable, but then comes the need to rotate or flip. You’ll know when it’s time, you’ll wake up with back pain. It has a 180 day guarantee but not one they live up to. Their customer service is practically non existent. When you do get a response, their “fix” is to offer a mattress topper. If the mattress were too hard, it might work but the problem is the mattress looses support. It’s a foam mattress, doesn’t matter how they decorate it, so it’s not going to last. Mattress is relatively comfortable, but is in no way cool enough for me to be comfortable. After contacting customer service multiple times and complying with all their steps for a refund, I was told it was approved. Nearly a month later, I'm still waiting for my money. Now they won't answer emails, phone calls or interact through live chat.
Do not buy from Idle Sleep. I purchased 3 mattresses from them last December 2020. We have been sleeping on them for over 7 months now. Finally, we got enough of sleepless nights that I need to return them. The mattresses don't seem to be flat uniformly. When I sleep too close to my king size mattress, I got this feeling that i will roll off the mattress. My sons' queen size seem to be better but they are sleeping sole. They sleep close to the middle. When I told them to try sleeping closer to the edge, they told me the same story. For the past 2 weeks, I have been trying to contact the company for a refund. I waited 3 weeks for my Idle Sleep Hybrid mattress to be delivered but I love it: my back pain is gone and my husband no longer wakes me up with his tossing and turning every night.
Buyer beware. I ordered the Idle gel mattress after reading positive reviews. Imaging my surprise when the box said "Haven" - totally different brand! The customer service person first tried to explain that they had run out of boxes and that they were borrowing boxes from their sister company. Fair enough, so I went ahead and unpacked it (since the logo on the mattress is not visible while it is rolled up). The logo indeed said "Haven". The rep then said that they did not want to miss shipping times and that the Haven mattress was the same quality, etc. After a little back-and-forth they agreed to take it back and refund my money. I did indeed receive the pillow I ordered. And I really really wanted to love it. I have been searching for a cooler pillow for some time. However, I find this pillow to not only not be cooler, but it is actually hotter than my previous pillow.
Last night I contacted Customer Support via chat, requesting a return. I was told there is a no return policy on the pillow. Responding to that, I sent a screen shot from the Idle Sleep webpage supporting my request - on the pillow order page it states free returns. Again I was told there was no return policy. So far, no response from my multiple attempts to reach Idle to escalate the issue. Very disappointing customer service.

I received my mattress on August 12, the base was to follow within 3 to 5 days, it has been 7 days since the mattress arrived still no base. I received an email on the 14th telling me the base had been shipped, after repeatedly trying to track with the tracking number, I found out it had not been picked up by UPS, Here it is 6 days later the base is still at the warehouse waiting to be shipped out. I have spoken to 4 different reps & no one seems to be able to help me.
