This company does not ship out mattresses in a timely manner at all. More like 1-2 months delivery timeframe. Do not recommend.
I wish I had come here first. I ordered mine 30 days ago. The site said "In stock! Ships in 1-2 business days". I got the pillow and sheets in 7 days, and a shipping label was created shortly after. I've contacted them multiple times since, and each time they state something to the effect of 'a shipping label has been created. My order will be updated when they get them in stock and can ship them out'. I have asked them 3 times to cancel my order, but they still have not. I was offered $30 to continue to be patient. No, I didn't use the wrong symbol...that's 30 DOLLARS, not 30 percent. Are they even a legitimate business? Or have I been scammed?
I wish I could review the mattress, however I would actually need to receive it! They keep postponing the delivery of my order without even informing, it doesn't show up and apparently it is up to you to call and get an update. And every time you contact them, they say there is nothing they can do about it. Not professional at all, not reliable at all. It's been over 2 weeks in a air mattress, with back pain, due to they lack of respect for their customers. I expected more for a purchase over a few thousand dollars. Such a disappointing experience overall so far.
2 days after ordering I get a message that “your mattress is on its way” followed by FedEx tracking label for delivery on 12/02, that day comes and no mattress. FedEx tracking changes to undetermined delivery date. I call Fed and they say they havn’t received request from Dreamcloud. I speak to Dreamcloud who says it’s on FedEx they haven’t come to get it. It s now 12/10 (ordered 11/29) and Dreamcloud finally sends email that ordered is delayed (NOS#^+) blames it on Covid and FedEx. They should take a cue from Elon Musk and leave California, 1/2 their issues would end day one.
Please do not purchase a DreamCloud mattress. SCAM COMPANY!!! They promise a 365 refund if you don’t like the mattress, total lie. I contacted this company over 20 times without response from email, phone or chat. Finally got a response from email and they have been dragging their feet over two months. They won’t answer back with my emails and won’t give me a refund on my mattress. The mattress was horrible, worst back pain in my life. Don’t purchase this mattress or the platform. Horrible company! Zero Stars!
I have had a terrible experience. The sheets are awful they will not accept a return because it was opened but they told me to wash them and they would get softer. they are very rough. They appear to only post positive reviews. they do not answer the phone. the bundle they encouraged did not ship together. We had our mattress a full week before, due to needing a bed I opened the mattress (foundation has still not shipped. I have spent multiple hours on chat with no assistance. DO NOT ORDER from this company. the bed is very soft and they misrepresent the products and customer service just sends canned answers. Website indicates shipment in 5-7 days, mine arrived in 15 days, no mattress cover yet. I've attempted to reach customer service by phone, and no one answers and I emailed over a week ago and have received no response. I have been able to reach customer services via live chat after hours of waiting with little or rude assistance. Totally understand issues/delays with shipment due to Covid; however, no excuse for such poor customer service. I am not able to use my mattress as I have no mattress cover. After an hour waiting to reach someone I was informed it may arrive Monday. Very disappointed.
dream cloud customer service is terrible, you cant get through to talk to a actual person, and they don't respond to e mail messages, very frustrating. would not recommend doing business with them
I have read so many good things about the mattress and after careful review we ordered one on 11/19/19. I also read some "not so good things" about their shipping process and I should have paid more attention to this. We still have NOT received our mattress! It was supposed to be delivered via FedEx but we didn't receive! We even received the mattress protector a week ago but no mattress. I have made several calls/emails/live chats with Fedex and DreamCloud. They both say it's being investigated. I'm giving DreamCloud 1 more week. If I don't receive, I'm cancelling the order.
