I have been using the Days Inn Springdale Ohio for the past six years. This isn't the only one that I have stayed at but I always come back. The staff at the Days Inn are always friendly and helpful and right there to lend you a hand. Once again we became homeless, not poor just homeless. I started out with my grandson living with us but unfortunately with his drinking problem we once again became homeless. Now the damage was done it was back to the search for a place to live. So back to hotel living until the dust settles and the home away from home. You got it The Days Inn and Suites in Springdale, Ohio. The building has a new look brighter on both exterior and interior. The rewards program is terrible 40 nights to achieve top tier and no flexibility better off going to best western a much more welcoming hotel than super 8's and Ramada in my experience

Used 15,000 points on what was supposed to be a points plus zero dollars stay at the La Quinta Commerce Center in Alburquerque, NM. When I checked my credit card, the hotel charged me $20 plus tax for the stay. Waited on hold with the hotel desk for over an hour and hung up. To me this is simple fraud.

Without hesitation or reservation Wynhjam Rewards is the worst of major hotels......they took away our points after promising they wouldn't given long-tem illness of my spouse. Today, I spoke with their customer service people who were rude and inconsiderate . Will be sure that none of my relatives ever stay at one of their facilities again. So, rather than restoring our meager 80.548 points they have created way more ILL WILL.......

Disliked · Room to small . No refrigerator in room, NO ICE MAKER in our building had to go to main building, Insects (spiders counted 5}, toilet did not flush to remove waste properly, not enough towels, mold starting on shelves in the bathroom, paint peeling from moister in the bathroom, furniture scratched, curtains had cigarette burn holes, balcony (walkway) to room DIRTY and puddles of water in front of our door for three days, the entire building had mold running down walls and hasn't been washed or power wash in months, light bulbs out and wall fixtures broken. the mattress had a gulley in it so you rolled to the middle, and the STREET NOISE on our side (the rear of the building)... Company offered me enough points for a free rewards night if I stayed two nights. It so happened that I needed to be away from home, as my home was under repair, so I booked into one of their local hotels. Then after I checked out, I ended up needing another night away from home so I booked into the same hotel for another night. Later I noticed they didn't give me the reward. When I asked why, they said it was because it was two consecutive nights in the same hotel, and they only count that as "one stay." I guess it's my fault for not reading the fine print, but I feel like they didn't honor the spirit of their offer. They wouldn't budge on it - no flexibility at all. That doesn't bode... Read More

Really disappointed in our recent stay at the Wyndham resort in Puerto Rico. The location is lovely, but this is a “time share” place & had I known that, I probably would not have booked it for our 2nd honeymoon. It was a cheesy money grab from start to finish & the service was awful. They overcharged us for a couple things & when I asked to speak to someone. I was ignored. I would never stay here again, and am disappointed after spending $3,000 on 5 nights. I think they exploit “regular” travelers so that they can offer enticing deals to sell their time shares. It was definitely a learning experience for me as I will avoid Wyndham in the future. Don’t waste your time & money!!!

Made the mistake of buying a Wyndham time share, sighed up for the Wyndham credit card and rewards so I can earn points towards My maintenance fees. Every time I redeem my points towards the maintenance fees, I have to call and jump through hoops to get my credit towards my fees. Fill out forms, nothing Wyndham does is for the customer. Please please don’t do anything with Wyndham unless you are looking to be in happy every step of the way.

Double billed for my week long stay. I will never stay at a Wyndham Rewards hotel again.

As of this writing, I am now staying at the LaQuinta Airport in Tampa Florida. After checking in, I signed up for the Wyndham Rewards Program. One of their promotions was "stay two days and get a free night." I stayed 7 nights and asked for a free night and was denied because I did not book directly with LaQuinta. I feel that was a cheap and petty move after spending almost $600 to stay at their 2 star, slightly run-down hotel. Although their terms and conditions state that, to get a free night stay you cannot book via 3rd party, as a customer, I feel that I earned at least one night when their promotion states you only need to say two nights. I will never stay at a Wyndham... Read More

Learn from my experience and do not do business with Wyndham! The sales staff are all lying, money hungry, leeches. They will tell you anything to make a sale. Truth is irrelevant to them and none of them understand what NO means. Here are some of the lies they told me: This is an investment property. It is not, there is no value or real property. Wyndham is exclusive. False, you can buy points online and use them just like owners do. Our kids could benefit from the timeshare after we die. Technically, yes, but they did not tell me that the kids would have to pay for the maintenance fees that always go up. With RCI, we could book 7-day vacations for a total of $149. Nope! That was never... Read More

I was given 2 free nights stay for signing up for the Discovery Program. I called the hotel to make the reservation with the certificate only to be told I needed to call the Rewards line. I call that line to be transferred to someone else. They tell me to call this number so I did. They said they need to transfer me to someone else and give me a number in case I got disconnected, THE SAME NUMBER I JUST CALLED. She transfers me to anther person who can barely communicate who sends me to a line that does nothing. Call center must be overseas due to the lag in the conversations, inability to communicate and the accents. In the meantime I'm on the computer trying to login. I reset my password... Read More

Read More

You would say its common knowledge nobody enjoys being HARRASSED, well Wyndham doesn’t understand common human decency, because oh they sure do love to HARASS US! Being lied to and pressured into purchasing a timeshare wasn’t enough for them, they must continue by harassing us. Since making this purchase it has not only brought an incredible negative impact on our lives, but also has taken a toll on my mental health. We have been tricked into purchasing timeshare ownership with Wyndham. Anytime we travel, they force us to attended ridiculous sales presentation that were well over 4 hours, and the entire time they just scammed us without us even knowing it. All the sales reps are all... Read More

Our experience with WorldMark has been a nightmare. I was told that I could have an additional source of income by renting out the timeshare that I purchased. I was told a lot of things, but it turns out that these were all lies. The whole timeshare thing with WorldMark Resorts is a swindle. They tell you one thing during the sales pitch and after you read the fine print you realize they lied to get you to buy the timeshare. I wasn’t told about the enormous maintenance fees, the absurd points I needed, or the debt that could be passed on to my children; something that would have stopped me from even thinking about buying a timeshare. They failed to be ethical and didn’t explain how long I... Read More

Welcome to Wyndham Vacations where they specialize in misleading, dishonesty, and deceiving their guests, where one can thrive at being a con artist. THEY ARE A JOKE! My wife and I have had a terrible journey with them for over 16 years, it’s a nightmare we can’t seem to wake up from. We were tricked into purchasing a timeshare under false pretenses, since the start it’s been one big fat SCAM, always selling more and more points dragging you into more debt, they know the key words to tell guest to trick them into buying, all I’m saying if you get approached by a timeshare sales rep just ignore them and keep on with your day. Oh, and if anyone is visiting Branson, MO and you are approached... Read More

I have never disliked a company more than Wyndham. I have only dealt with them for a few months. But it’s truly been a miserable experience. My wife and I went to a presentation and heard all these wonderful things about the vacation package (they said it was NOT a timeshare). We decided to take the dive and found out later that it was all different than we had been promised during the sale. I read other horrific reviews of Wyndham and found that our situation was quite similar to others. We fell for the same scam most people here did. It looks like Wyndham has a habit of not disclosing fees or telling people that their family will inherit the TIMESHARE, and not allowing the contracts to... Read More

Wyndham is an incredibly cruel and unethical company. Their timeshare sales agents took advantage of my state as a pregnant woman to make a sale. In their sales meeting I was subjected to ruthless high-pressure and intimidating tactics. Wyndham never gave us what we were promised in our contract, and instead, gave us the runaround, questioned the validity of our terms, and strung us along giving us false hope for a solution that never came. They invited me for a free stay but on the condition that I attend an hour-long presentation, and I ended up being there for 6 hours! We were given a tour of the lush rooms and amenities and they told us all about the perks and benefits of buying a... Read More

Wyndham is complete garbage! Nothing but lies and deception from the start! DO NOT BUY WYNDHAM TIMESHARES. Beware of the false promises and outright fraudulent lies. The sales team deceived me by telling me that I was buying actual property in Hawaii when indeed, their timeshares are worthless and nothing more than a giant, costly burden. They went as far as to say that buying a unit with them and renting it out will allow you to make passive income. What a load of BS! They will say anything to get you to sign their timeshare contracts! No matter how many times we declined, their salesmen would not take NO for an answer. They are a despicable company for not being truthful about the TRUE... Read More

Wyndham is garbage! Worst “investment” ever. Our experience with them had been nothing short of a disaster. It all starts with a high-pressure sales meeting and once you’re locked in, they try and get you to attend more and more meetings! If Wyndham cared about their owners, they’d give you the proper package the first time you buy; instead of constantly getting us to upgrade to enhance our experience. Beware of their “owners’ orientations”! They lied about priority booking and they lied about the “free” vacation we were promised. You would think a prominent name like Wyndham would mean quality resorts and value but as it turns out it’s all just a swindle. I highly recommend avoiding... Read More

WYNDHAM WARNING: If you are disabled or sick, stay away from Wyndham. Even if you aren’t, you should run from these compassionless soul suckers. Their employees lied to sell me the timeshare I bought. Everything I was told from the start was a misrepresentation of facts. It’s not the real estate investment they promised. It is a financial nightmare. The easy reservations they promised is a joke. I have only been able to vacation once in over 3 years. RCI was supposed to be useful for reservations also, but even with that, I cannot find anything available anywhere! They even lied about point values. I was told that I could stay in a resort during the off season for about 7,500 points.... Read More

All this company has done in my experience is commit FRAUD. Wyndham used multiple salesmen, lies, and pressure to sell my husband and I a contract. The purchase price was $58,000, and that was AFTER a $43,200 discount! We accepted because our salesman made a big deal about it being an investment toward our future since it was a real estate purchase. After traveling a couple of times, we realized it was not worth the outrageous amount we are paying for it. We found out later that there is no real estate. We purchased useless points that have ZERO value on the market! What’s worse is the fact that we were not told about the extra costs. Maintenance fees are $2,900 + per year, plus $87,000 in... Wyndham is full of predators that only care about $$. Since owning one of their timeshares, it’s been nothing but problems! The salesperson I dealt with told me I was making an investment, like buying a second home. Except I can never stay in my timeshare since no space is ever available and I can’t sell it or rent it like a home. It is only costing me money. Between the loan payment, the 13% interest, the credit card-with more interest, the maintenance fees that always go up, they are making money hand over fist. What have I gotten in return? A couple sub-par vacations where I am harassed constantly to spend even MORE money on an upgrade! I THOUGHT I was purchasing a lifetime of relaxing... Read More
