Advertised as today delivery which is why I chose them. The delivery was not delivered that day (Saturday) I called the next day and was told it would be delivered that day, Sunday) however, it was not. I called the following day (Monday) and still no delivery. I was told that they have policy for no weekend delivery so I ask why they advertised to be delivered on same day??? Pretty much got the run around. I ask to speak to manager who offered a 10% discount, then a 15% discount to continue with them. What an insult!!!! Canceled order and Apple assisted me with receiving my refund False advertisement and Rude!!!!!

I was very disappointed in Just Flowers. I ordered a Mothers Day bouquet for my best friend who lost her tiny baby boy. I wanted to send her flowers in his name. I placed my order on Thursday and got a delivery scheduled for Friday. I paid almost $100. Next day I get this text “We apologize that we are unable to deliver your order #…. to ……… today and we have rescheduled it for tomorrow. We understand how important it is to show your loved ones how important they are to you and we are truly sorry….” Ok so on Friday I was kinda ticked because I had ordered a delivery that day but I was like well if it gets there Saturday that’s still ok. Buyer beware! The arrangement was delivered one day early. It was for the death of a child. I wrote a message however it was not attached to the basket of flowers that I sent. The delivery person spoke no English so the receiving parents had no idea who sent them. Finally, I called the family, and they informed me of the above and sent me a picture of the arrangement. It looked like a beginner florist put it together in the fastest possible way. I upgraded to the highest level and believe me when I tell you it was pathic looking. Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone considering Just Flowers for their floral needs. I'm utterly dismayed by the abysmal service I received when ordering a funeral arrangement from them. Despite assurances, the flowers arrived late and looked nothing like the $250 arrangement I ordered. Adding insult to injury, the accompanying note was replaced with a cheap envelope stating a "greeting card shortage," containing a folded piece of printer paper. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Scam. They just blame the home florist don't look into it and then bombard you with sales emails that you can't unsubscribe from. Do not order from these people. They are awful. I have unsubscribed from them over 20times and they still continue to send me emails telling me to order flowers for my dead mother, who they sent a pathetic arrangement to as she was dying in the hospital at Christmas. I have even emailed and told them that she is dead and their emails are distressing and they still don't stop. Do not give these immoral people money.

I ordered flowers for a birthday. The day of delivery they said they couldn't find a florist to do it for the listed price, but I could pay $22 more and they would do it OR I could have it delivered the next day for the agreed apon price. Then day of delivery they call and basically tell me the exact thing but now it is 12 more. When I complained they said they would split the cost. Total scam for listed price. I almost said no but I had planned on the delivery as a gift.

Ordered flowers for our 40th anniversary. The order never came they claim they came and no one was there. Lied! We have ring camera & high definition security cameras. They never showed up. Then they say they will deliver next day. BS! Next day was not our anniversary. We requested a full refund. Now it’s going to be a hassle. Will never ordered from them again. We have now had to call our bank to fight this miserable transition!! Unbelievable!!! STAY AWAY!!

The company changed the date-then didn’t delivery the next day because delivery driver couldn’t find a large school with accurate address and door #. They said no refund-but I called bank to dispute changes. The people do not speak English. Very disappointed.

I searched specifically for PURPLE flowers for my daughter-in-law and found a picture of a beautiful arrangement of ALL purple flowers. I placed the order and anxiously waited for the flowers to be delivered. My DIL sent a picture of the delivery and much to my dismay and disgust, not only was there only ONE purple flower in the arrangement of mostly PINK flowers, but there was one AWFUL brown sprig of something dead in the middle of it all. 02/19/2023 I ordered a plant in a ceramic dish from JustFlowers and upgraded to premium (more plants). Just Flowers had Panage Florist in San Juan Capistrano, CA create and deliver the arrangement. The recipient sent me a photo of the received arrangement. I was shocked, humiliated, and embarrassed at what was delivered. The plant was in a cheap white Easter basket instead of the ceramic dish. The plant was even smaller than the standard arrangement before it became premium. There was an ugly bow in the arrangement cheapening the look even more than the basket and there were stupid butterflies stuck in it!!! I ordered flowers on 9/4 for 9/10 delivery with express delivery fee because 9/10 is Saturday. But still do not receive on 9/12 (Monday). I asked they to explain the reasons but with no reply. Very terrible shopping experiences.

I ordered an expensive sympathy arrangement for my family yesterday and paid the express delivery fee with instructions to hand the flowers over personally at the door and not leave them at the door (too cold outside). The family was home during the period I specified for delivery, but the flowers did not arrive. I called customer service this morning and was told I had to wait till this afternoon to get customer service. These people have literally bilked thousands and thousands of dollars out of people just in the last several months. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs - it takes no longer than the review that you wrote. I would ask/beg that you ALL DO THE SAME. These people are UNETHICAL and need to be stopped. Also operating under flowerdelivery.com

JustFlowers is the WORST flower service I have ever used. STAY AWAY!!! They never delivered flowers to my mother for Mother's Day. I called for a refund, which was never processed. They emailed me a month after I placed the order to tell me that the flowers were delivered (a month late). But my mother still did not get her flowers! Now I get to decide whether to waste another hour on the phone with them to attempt to get my $100 back. This is ridiculous.

terrible terrible terrible... if you want to be frustrated disappointed and annoyed then use this company because that is all they will offer you! call me an hour before delivery to tell me that don't have the flowers .. I wish I had of done my research and read reviews.. I mean how hard can it be to fill an order and deliver the product??

Ordered a basket of plants. Total charge $107.00. The recipient received a small vase with 6 to 8 spring flowers. Customer Service assured me a redelivery would rectify the discrepancy. Never happened. Upon informing customer service of the lack of a new delivery, I was offered a $10.00 gift card to use with my next order. Yeah right!!! Like I would ever order from Just Flowers again, Spend your money at a more reputable site.

Helen A . Horrible conning way to do business. My daughter placed an order on 5/08/2021. Today is 5/14/2021. No flowers. Took money to process order, did not deliver flowers and can not get through to anyone to talk to. It's like a joke. Took money and laughing all the way to the bank. Insane .

Terrible, stay away. Promised Mother’s Day delivery, then emailed to say sorry, busiest day, will be delivered Monday. Then Monday they say Tuesday. Tuesday they cancelled my order for no reason. Have called and emailed, nothing more than a canned response. No reason for cancelling? Tried to get info on website by inputting email and order number and says it can’t access that order. BRUTAL.
