I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from florist.com. I had a similar terrible experience as most people. The delivery was made, but instead of taking the flowers to my parents door, they were left on a brick wall, never went to the door or called. My parents live in southern Arizona and it was over 90 degrees that day, by the time my mother noticed the flowers they were all wilted and half dead. It has now been a week of calls and online chats and every time I get promised they will recieve a new delivery either that day or the next, still nothing. $90 dollars wasted and my mother went without flowers on Mother's Day.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I used Florists.com because they had a special and I got extra points on my credit card. WHAT A RIP OFF. This was flowers before a friend's surgery/hospital stay, to let her know I was thinking of her. The flowers were never delivered, despite me ordering them FIVE DAYS IN ADVANCE. The website chat said they would refund me but this is unacceptable. I will be leaving them negative reviews and telling every person I meet what a horrible company this is. NEVER AGAIN. WHAT LOSERS!!!!

I ordered flowers for my mothers 85th birthday, and delivery was never made. No explanation ...nothing. I requested a refund and received confirmation they would refund my credit card.

If I could give them a negative star, I would. I ordered flowers for my friend's 60th birthday THREE days ahead of time. Flowers were never delivered. No phone call, nothing. I finally called them the day after the birthday and they said it was an issue on "their end." NEVER will I use them again. Completely unacceptable.

Florists.com is a complete scam. Ordered flowers for my elderly mother-in-law's birthday. Delivery date came and went - no flowers. They don't have a customer service phone number to resolve issues real-time, so I spent a week emailing them over and over again. No response, no refund, no flowers. Can't wait until this place goes out of business. Now my mother-in-law thinks I lied about sending flowers. It may be her last birthday and this company has completely ruined it and really hurt our relationship. They don't deserve to be in business.

The worst flower company ever. I ordered a $45 flower arrangement for my daughter's birthday. Also paid extra for a balloon and same day delivery. It was suppose to come in a Mason Jar. She received completely different flowers in a reg vase than pictured and they were Not Fresh. They were droopy. I called the florist they came from. The owner said he received a $30 order of flowers and that he can't always get what's pictured. But there was NO similarities. Wish I could post a picture of what I ordered and what was delivered. The floral shop will replace the flowers because they were not fresh but I will NEVER order through this company again.

Never arrived on day ordered (in advance). And when they came late the next day they were sparse. No way did I receive $49.99 worth of flowers

Horrible service!! Flowers never delivered to new mom - got an email stating the flowers were delivered but in fact they were NEVER delivered. I then called and they assured me it would go out the next day - nothing, no delivery, no email / phone call that it was not delivered. Then the next day, nothing again. I called asked for a refund, then they said it was already going out for delivery and it was a guaranteed delivery. Still nothing. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mother for Mother's Day. I ordered it a week and a half prior to Mother's Day and arranged to have it delivered two days early, just in case there were issues. $73, I was provided a tracking number showing my arrangement leaving NY exactly 7 days prior to Mother's Day and 5 days prior to delivery to GA. For some reason, my order was routed through Missouri, but whatever. I checked tracking on the Friday it was to be delivered, and it stated out for delivery. No delivery. Plant looked nothing like the picture it was small and did not cover half the box it was in although the container itself was cute. I was embarrassed to have sent that to my mother for Mother's Day. The response I received: After reviewing the photo you have indeed received the correct item, the bloom plant. The box is correct as well as the plant looks healthy and alive.
