Great company…I couldn’t afford the funeral coverage at this time, but the salesman was excellent .explained everything in detail. Prompt, courteous, if I ever need any more funeral expense insurance than what I have. I’m going with Lincoln heritage. His name was Phil Vaught. excellent employee, hope he is compensated enough for his exceptional style.

My mother passed suddenly and unexpectedly. She was an awesome person and loved by family and friends. Planning a funeral for a loved one is difficult but Lincoln Heritage made it much easier. One phone call and they were in touch with the Funeral director. In addition, the customer service representative was kind, caring and fully understood what was happening. The loss of my wife Karen was a terrible blow to our family. Her sickness was sudden and unexpected but I knew that We had the assurance from our agent Kim Hillyear that her funeral expenses would be covered and the arrangements carried out as we had previously planned. Kim's kindness and sincere attitude during this time was a great relief to us all. Every detail with the arrangements were carried out in a tremendous manner and very professionally as well.
