Healthcare providers can order labs and screenings for a variety of symptoms and conditions, including erectile dysfunction. Preventative medicine is also offered in the form of weight loss counseling, smoking cessation support, metabolic syndrome and mood disorder screenings. 

Clinicians may also prescribe medications and refills either for one-time ailments or for follow-up treatments.

SteadyMD’s process is straightforward. Users sign up by filling out a form and taking a quiz that helps the website match you with a selection of doctors that align with your needs. Once registered, patients can compare doctors and view each one’s credentials, specialties, and medical approaches. Once a doctor is chosen, an initial screening is scheduled. 

After this initial screening is completed, which usually lasts about an hour and helps establish your medical history and reasons for seeking a doctor, you have 24/7 access to SteadyMD’s services.

One of SteadyMD’s outstanding features is that you will always see the same doctor, creating a long-term relationship for better care and treatment. Not all online telehealth services allow you to see the same doctor, instead forcing you to visit a different healthcare professional each time without the benefit of them knowing your medical history except for your online record.

While the benefit of seeing the same doctor is worth it, it should be noted that it could mean longer wait times for appointments, though most appointments can be made within 24 hours. 

SteadyMD allows for unlimited visits with your primary care provider, via phone or video call.

Pricing

Patients can choose between two subscription plans: individual and family. The Individual plan costs $99 per month, while the Family Plan carries a $178 per month price tag. The family plan covers the individual and a spouse or partner. Any additional family you want to add costs extra.

Neither plan has additional fees or co-pays and they can be cancelled at any time during the first 30 days of the subscription.

According to the website, SteadyMDs healthcare professionals are all board-certified doctors, with most of them being family medicine practitioners. This means that they can treat most any conditions. If the need arises, they could contact specialists and set up appointments, though these could include additional costs.
