Don't even think about buying from this company. They are nothing but a rip off. I tried ordering a 90 pack of contacts. The price came up at $44.00. The site wouldn't let me pay and told me that I had to order another box. I added another box and the price went up to $66.00 per box. I called the company and wanted to buy just one box. she said that it was $66.00 for the box and shipping was $9.95. She said the total amount for the order was $103.00. She said that the extra $27.00 was taxes and handling charges associated with my order. Never again!!!

Ordered lenses, showed one price (total) at checkout and then charged another price, $40 higher in the confirmation email. Immediately sent reply email with a detailed explanation why I wanted to cancel the order. Received a reply email the next day that I had to call in to cancel the order. Called within 3 hours of receiving that email and was told the order was already processing but she would try to cancel it. First, Lens.com missed their delivery timeline by three weeks, which was bad enough as my wife needed her contacts before a trip. Second, they ended up sending the wrong contacts for one of her eyes, contacts that did not match the prescription sent. Then they botched the refund and gave significantly us back significantly less than they owed. Never again.

The only reason you should order from this company is if you prefer to have your money stolen from you without receiving what you actually ordered. To give you a back-story, I spent nearly $400 to order multiple 6-pack boxes of MONTHLY lenses, and to my surprise, was sent 6 tiny two-pack boxes of DAILY contact lenses, enough to last me less than two weeks. What surprised me even more was that one of the boxes was tampered with and contaminated with some residue present in the lens container, which is a violation of the FDA and Federal Trade Commission regulation that contact lenses have. Bait and switch! Run away! They offer a reasonable rate with a legit rebate from Biofinity that anyone can get from their eye care professional (including toric, currently $135 with four boxes), then slam you with $99 worth of made-up "Taxes and Fees." You can go ANYWHERE and get your lenses cheaper than at lens.com. Heck, Walmart offers the same lenses for just over $50 each. The total should be $71.96 for these lenses based on the all the pages, after rebate (17.99 ea, after rebate X 4) plus a reasonable shipping, call it $10. The total should be 81.96 (after rebate). I could not see through the lenses they sent me so they sent me another pair and the same thing happened. I had sent them the correct prescription. Never again.

I placed an order from Lens.com on 11/7/2023. After a week of not receiving the order I contacted their support team and found out that their system had changed the address I entered (using the USPS system) and had shipped to the wrong address - I entered the same address for both the billing and shipping address, however, conveniently the billing address was not changed. The first agent I talked collected my correct address and said the order would be reshipped. After another week of waiting I contacted customer support again who told me that the contacts were at their warehouse waiting to ship and I would receive an email confirmation when it shipped. Extremely upset with this company! Ordered Halloween Rx lenses on 9/6/23, sent my Drs prescription with order to spore up process. After 3 wks I decided to contact them in regard to any shipping information. Well, since that timeframe, I have received nothing but lies! As of last Thursday, the supervisor called me and told me there was an error sending to supplier, but has since been corrected and they are shipping out right away and I should receive either Friday or Monday. I ordered contacts from this company in 2018 and had no trouble. Imagine my surprise when my $150 order became $275. Never order from this company. Th extra $100+ fees were hidden and never came up when the contacts were ordered.

Wish I could give them ZERO stars. This company has basically criminal practices. What should have been $260 for contacts for one person for one year (and blah, blah, blah. . .yeah, I could get a rebate, which is almost impossible and often doesn't come for many months, if ever!) was actually $409 at check out. What? The? Actual? Heck? (language edited for public consumption). Unbelievable $100 Processing Fee. You have to be kidding me. It was buried in the Subtotal of the bill. I should have actually added up the charges for my two boxes of contacts to see that the subtotal did NOT ADD UP. This is deceitful and dis-honest practice of doing business. Price is more than double (because of "hidden" fees at checkout) versus what I would pay if I walk into Costco and walk out with my lens!!! A total scam and waste of time - chat line could not explain fees other than taxes!

The fee of $20 a BOX comes at the end of the bill with 9.95 shipping. $177.65 of a mystery fee. 300 for contacts. $486 total. I order 8 boxs The contact fee is crazy. if you do the rebait you cut your boxes so no returns. It is total BS

Their rebate scam should be legislated out of existence. Sent in for $85.00 rebate in February. It is now late June and I just received an email saying that a "rebate specialist" (is that a new college major?) has approved my rebate and I have the privilege of waiting another week to receive it. How gracious of them! There is so much room for a legitimate company to take over the online contact lens space and put them and their ilk out of business or at least come to heel.

FRAUDULENT REBATE POLICY I purchased contact lenses on 4/7/23 with a $180 rebate. I have proof of purchase (packing slip, receipt), and paid over $1000. However, the rebate center is refusing to honor the rebate. This is clearly a fraudulent rebate policy. I want my refund of $180.

I was going to reorder some lenses since I have ordered from here in the past and everything was good. Now I will never get anything from them again. The lenses I use are priced at $45/box and I was going to order 2 boxes. By my math that makes $90 for the lenses and $9.95 for shipping, $99.95 total. Once you get to the submit order page, the total magically appears as $165.00 with no explanation where the extra $65 comes from. Seems pretty sketchy to me.

Contact lenses are fine if not overpriced. But I think they purposefully lose rebate submissions. We ordered from them several years ago and didn't receive rebate because we were later told they never received it and now it was expired. I would NOT have used them again, but my hubby ordered without checking with me first. So we were stuck with it. This time I was ready for them. I upgraded my shipping to include USPS tracking. I scanned my completed rebate form with all of the little UPC codes that we cut off the boxes. Well - they did it again. WORST customer service. I've exclusively ordered my contacts from lens.com for years. Recently I received an order with a new prescription, after putting them in, I could not see. I realized they gave me the wrong prescription. A prescription that was verified BY lens.com. I reached out to customer service and an agent told me they would send a reshipment out. Then someone else reached out and said they could NOT exchange them because I had opened the box to try on the ONE contact. Even though they incorrectly verified my prescription. Be aware that they will charge you 85% in taxes and fees at the time of checkout. You will only find out by contacting the chat since your cart says one price and the checkout doubles it. What a scam! They just lost my business.

BEWARE THEY ARE CROOKS. SENT ME WRONG PRESCRIPTION A .25 . who in the world needs a .25. they even callled my doctor to confirm my script adn still messed it up. script was 1.25. EVEN THOUGH THEY MESSED UP THE CROOKS WONT REFUND MY MONEY. NEVER USE THEM. BEWARE

This company promises rebates on the purchase of lenses. The rebates can take at least three or more month to arrive, if they do at all. On more than one occasion and recently they have invalidated the rebate because they say that their rebate center did not receive the mailed forms. If they wish to give a rebate they should do so at the point of purchase - not by taking months to issue a rebate card that results in more plastic pollution.

I had to reorder the contacts after sic months and and not yet gotten the rebate I was supposed to. The rebate came after the new order. 6 months? Are you really kidding me? Lens.com is just hoping that we forget to send in the rebate or that they can find something wrong and deny it. They was to use our money for six months. Other providers have similar prices compared to the after rebate price without fronting the money so they can sit on it and maybe not pay it back. A JOKE!
