If I could give a 10 star I would because the young very Polite young Man that came to my rental unit was beyond AMAZING HE FOUND MOLD in My HVAC system AND IT WAS BADDDDD SO he gave me a price to fix and KILL the MOLD with a RED LIGHT and they give you a lift time warranty.... BUT THEN SEARS Manager SAID WE DO NOT DO RENTALS!!! in the most RUDEST way POSSIBLE WAY... I Told him though I Rent I am allowed to bring outside companies to service MY self and That I would Pay for it MYSELF.... He SAID NOOOOO I SAID NOOOOOO DON"T YOU UNDERSTAND though I feel so sick I was spoken to in a "Demoralizing" way "demeaning" way clearly not understanding the danger of MOLD and how its making people sick.... I set up an appointment to get my air ducts cleaned for the 14 vents and I dryer vent special for $139.00. The day of my appointment was November 5, 2024. Two technicians came out, one of them was smelling like marijuana. When asked are you drinking, he said he was smoking a cigar. Reggie truck number 1455 gave me an estimate of 1, 057.00. He had added Blower Motor clean, sanitize system and coils cleaned for $898.00. I never asked for this, I asked for my air vents only to be cleaned.
