I have used this service for about 3 years. Originally I had good customer service, and the prices were reasonable. Over the past year they upgraded the website to something difficult to navigate, hard to find tests, and the prices that reflect the cost of the upgrade. Once I found what I was looking for a few months back, the order was placed, I scheduled an appointment to have my blood drawn, and the only delay was with the local labs, scheduling about 2 weeks out. As a non medical professional and not having a primary care physician I wanted basic blood work just to see if anything changed in the past 10 years. I performed an online search and came across DirectLabs. I was shocked and excited to find out that I could order my own tests, pay with a credit card, print out the script, then go to a local affiliated lab. I logged back into DirectLabs and saw my results within a day or two. The process was seamless. Thanks DirectLabs!
The labs are fine, costs are reasonable, but you can not reach customer service. Customer Service is just terrible. Just tried for the 12th time to reach someone there. No call back, no response to emails. Embarrassingly bad CS
