Auto Pay are simply thief institute ! they offers a good interest rating at the beginning, and then when you fill the application for ( new or refinance ) and after they put a hard inquiry at your Credit File, your will be chuck from the accurate (extremely high interest rate ! ) this is what happened to me, after I been incurred a (hard Inquiry ) then I have to cancel my application due to the higher interest rate ( even it is higher than the Norman market rate according to my excellent credit score )!
Stay away from them !
It is definitely a SCAM. I have excellent credit; income and they promised a rate they could not obtain for me. But why say you can get a 3.51% rate when you really will have a hard time obtaining a 6% rate? Some governmental agencies must be able to close down these types of operations. DO NOT fall for it because they will hit you on running a credit report and tell you they cannot do anything for you. I will check into the BBB and post later on what I find.
In a nutshell AUTOPAY is a SCAM! Do Not Let Them Steal Your Info I applied online and authorized them to do a hard inquire for an auto loan and then got an email from a loan specialist named Heather Watson asking me to submit more documents (payroll, driver’s license and other sensitive docs) via email to complete my application. I asked her If I can get to know an estimate of the rates via email and she said she will be able to after sending her the documents requested. I sent her the documents requested and It has been 4 days and I did not get any response. I called AutoPay and they promised she will call me back and nothing happened, I emailed, called and texted her number without a... Read More
TOLD US WE WAS APROVED, PROCESS TOOK 6 DAYS FOR THEM TO COME BACK AND TELL US THEY COULDN'T DO THE LOAN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WE PROVIDE EVERYTHING THEY ASKED FROM US. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
This is a follow-up to my previous review for AUTOPAY that was not favorable. Since my last post, they did get me a loan approval, but the interest was about a point too high. My payments would be lowered but not by as much as we had hoped. In the long-term, it was not quite worth it. I'll say that credit reports by the major credit unions, still had one bad credit move that was necessary for my wife and I but should have been taken off, after almost 8 years! This is basically the only negative we've had in our 38 years of marriage but seemingly, these credit unions can decide to punish you awhile by not removing something the laws that regulate them, require. In the end, AUTOPAY was... Read More
My star rating will reflect my experience with AutoPay to this point. If the company completes the process and I'm satisfied, I'll have my wife write a 2nd favorable review, with higher star rating, from her PC. Here's the thing; they have already not been completely upfront with us. Our worst fear in regard to this, is seeing other reviewers say they are a scam. I will not make such a negative for "our experience", unless they continue a run-around, as we have so-far seen. If they fall through with us, after approval and saying they have a lender for us, at the approximate interest and payment already stated, I will not report them to all of the scam investigation firms other sites list... so far so good with shaun 8.4 apr down to 4.5 cut my payment in half no early payoff penalty i don't know but my experience was easy
I was approved for a loan to refinance 2 vehicles however they gave me the run around. I submitted everything they need but was told I was still missing items I would submit the missing item and was told I was missing something else this kept going on and on for about a month. I sent proof to the rep of the items that were sent and he ghosted me. I sent personal identification information and signed a notriazed limited POA and they said they never received it. I sent the confirmation and the name of the person who signed for the documents and got no respones. I am now worried that my personal information is out there floating around. I would not recommend Autopay.
GET IN YOUR CAR AND DRIVE AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. THEY ARE A SCAM. You are given an “ironclad” approval then you sign and upload a purchase agreement with a lender along with duplicate documents of every kind. Remember, set in stone, absolute approval. Wait for it … they call and tell you that due to a discrepancy with a lien, you cannot be approved. We have financed at least ten cars with a second lien; it’s done everyday. What’s even more disturbing is that when you call the actual lender, in our case, Affinity Federal Credit Union, New Jersey, they know nothing about and have no record of your application or their Purchase Agreement that you have executed. NO STARS, should be... Read More
My experience with company has been nothing short of horrible. They lure you in with a promise of saving you money on an existing loan. Then the fun begins. Upload documents, describe that you are a 1099 contractor, provide them with last years 1099. Provide proof of additional income. Then receive notification that your savings are going to be 1/3rd of the original amount. Their lender sends you documents to sigh, 4 pages in need of a notary stamp that's $40, plus the time expended in getting them done. Then I get a letter from the "lender" that they can't approve me, because the loan value is less that what they were asked for. In my case the amount of loan was almost $2000 more than... Read More
I used Autopay to pay off my loan with Kia. I had a bit or a rocky start as the financing took a little longer than I had expected, but it did end up financing the loan before the end of the month. Afterwards I received a letter from Kia that the loan paid off but it was 700.00 short, but that wasn't Autopay's fault, Kia sent the payoff letter but didn't include the sales tax. I was helped by Jessica at Autopay who was a superstar! She contacted Kia and spoke to a few different people to get to the bottom of it. She overnighted the check for the tax and got everything straightened out right away. I was very impressed with her customer service and follow through. She made... Read More
My agent, Ryan Meier did an excellent job with the preparation of my auto refinance! He was very pleasant and easy to work with! He made sure that everything went smoothly!
Great service!! Very friendly and willing to help. She made a complicated process less stressful. She is the best!
Do not do business with them. They show attractive rates, but how they will use it in their formulas is a totally different story. Just calculate what you'd pay in the end and you'll see what I mean. They offered me 2.75% compare to my current 7%, but after calculating all monthly payments I ended up paying even more then my current 7% credit. So, I wish you stay away from them and bankruptcy to them.
Tyler Merillat did an outstanding job refinancing 2 vehicles and a motorcycle. He was able to save us a lot money. We appreciate his hard work and dedication.
I was searching online for a debt consolidation loan when I stumbled on Autopay for auto loan refinancing. I wasn't even looking to refinance my car. I did some research in regards to the legitimacy & client reviews, and was pleasantly surprised with the results. Our Loan Champion was Tyler Merilatt. A champion he is! Tyler was so efficient & very responsive. He's a personable guy too, which made the process of refinancing more tolerable. He was able to get us a much lower APR on our two (2) auto, & one (1) motorcycle loans, which saved us so much money monthly, and on the loan in it's entirety. The process was fairly quick & painless. Everyone knows how much that's appreciated... Read More
I did the deal here because of Tyler.
Normally I would not have paid the doc fee, but Tyler got me a low rate fast and convenience was worth the 650.00.
But if it had not been for Tyler I would have made a local CU match the deal less the doc.
You got a good one there be sure to have him train the rest.
