Our BOSCH repairman is named Frank. He covers the entire SE Pennsylvania as his responsibility. He texted me on Friday to tell me he would be at our home between 1 and 3 pm on Monday. He arrived on time and immediately figured out our problem, ordered replacement parts, and set up a return visit. He provided very specific instructions for us to prepare the unit for his return visit. Frank clearly knows his stuff and explained everything which we very much appreciate. From my perspective, Frank and BOSCH are first-rate in servicing their product.

I contacted the Bosch Appliance repair back in July and it took two weeks for a repair person to come to my house to repair our Bosch dishwasher. The repair person said the problem was the door latch. The latch was replaced but the repair person never tested the dishwasher! That person left and as soon as I tried the dishwasher it did not work. I was charged $140 for the visit. I called Bosch repair again who told me it would take another two week but they would escalate. To their credit a second repair person was dispatched a few days later. Bosch Factory service repair tech in Boca Raton, FL was terrible. His name is Robert. I wish I could give 0 stars! Had to come twice to "fix" the repair. Upon finally fixing it, he did not reinstall the dishwasher correctly. Damaged the cabinets that sit next to dishwasher. I called 800 number and they contacted him to fix the problem. He called me and said "oh, I realized I messed up, just call the 800 and reschedule for another appointment". When I did that, they said they could not send him back (even though I requested he doesn't come back and they send someone else) for another month! Who sends a technician on a repair call without parts to complete the repair? Provided Bosch with model number and description that narrowed three-year-old 800 series dishwasher failure to one of two components. Waited a week for the preferred provider to arrive and now must wait another week for the control board he ordered to be delivered and installed. Even have three levels of surge protection (whole house, circuit breaker panel and electrical outlet for water softener and smart water assistant on same circuit). Bosch dishwashers are overrated.

Absolute disaster, I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could. Waited for 3 weeks for the service guy to arrive. Came and fixed it only for the dishwasher to break again in 2-3 days. Now we have to wait another 3 weeks :( Talked to him on the phone, had a terrible attitude.

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to get a warranty repair scheduled. According to the representatives I speak with, my request has been escalated to a supervisor who does not talk to customers so I just have to keep calling back.

After 3 years, the heat compressor on my $1000 Bosch dishwasher is broken and, of course, out of warranty. The company rep was absolutely unhelpful (“sorry, there is nothing we can do”). I’ve learned my lesson with Bosch and will not buy again.

My appliance has a safety recall on it and they are residing to find someone to fix it despite the fact that it is a covered issues and they initially said it would be covered. I have called multiple times and they keep telling me someone will get back to me in 24-48 hrs which has yet to happen!

We have been trying to get our washer fixed for four months and have now given up. Every appointment takes two or three weeks to schedule. A part has to be ordered. Another three weeks. Repair man arrives with part but needs a partner who is not scheduled. Another three weeks. Next appointment is cancelled by Bosch. They make a new appointment for three weeks later by email without checking our availability - we are away. Another delay. Same man arrives today without partner, but in any case part has been returned and must be reordered.

We bought a BOSCH wall oven and microwave combo unit in Dec 2018. Everything worked for the first 16 months, then the microwave shorted out in May 2020 just after the one-year warranty was up. The repair bill was $330. Then the microwave died two more times within a year, and the Bosch repairman said it needed a part that would take a couple of months to get. Then at the end of May 2021, Bosch said they would replace the unit entirely for us. Good news, huh? Not really, as we are still waiting 4 and a half months later for them to send the replacement unit, and they are still telling us they don't know when it will be sent! How is that good customer service?

I have read the reviews below and it was the same with me. All one gets is a run around and no one knows anything. They are the worst service I have ever experienced. There is no one to complain to and they will hang up if you ask to speak to someone else. My appliances are still new but I am worried what will happen next.

I highly advise against purchasing ANY Bosch product. In the event you have a problem, their "Customer Service" is non-existent. It is impossible to get a human on the phone or reach anyone from the company for help. They really are the absolute worst of the worst! Save yourself the hassle and go with a reputable company who values your business and employs staff that can provide support for their products. IT HAS BEEN 5 YEARS SINCE THE BOSCH DISH WASHER WAS PURCHASED. NOW WHEN I TRY TO USE IT NO LIGHTS GO ON. IT IS COMPLETELY DEAD. I bought two Bosch appliances, both needed adjusting. What? Higher end appliances need adjusting from the getgo? My range oven was way off and so was my above range convection oven. They were ordered in Nov. 2020, delivered in March 2021 (ok, Covid delays acceptable) but as of yet (it's now Sept.) I am still having trouble with getting a repair done. Wait time for customer service is consistently 45 minutes. This is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Had a very very frustrating experience interacting with Bosch. I had a brand new Bosch dishwasher that didn't work at all, not even 1 time and the repair experience has been on going for almost 2 months. Still not fixed until today and they are NOT willing to provide a new replacement until the repair services determined it's non repairable. It's fair that we want to be environmentally friendly etc. (I don't even know what's the rationale for their policy, likely cost) but my brand new dishwasher is basically a refurbished dishwasher that has not worked even 1 time. Once again Bosch disappoints. Our microwave is still not working after repeated home visits and fiascos. My husband summerizes as follows in email sent to Bosch direct. The email did get us someone scheduled to come out (3 months later and after event recounted) It worked exactly through 3 uses, with a rather loud buzzing noise I might add. Then boom - again no microwave... The saga: "THE MW stopped functioning. We opened a repair order. They guy come out. He said we need a new circuit board. He came back out. He forgot the board. I have a double wall oven from Bosch, installed in August 2018, moved into my home in September 2018. RARELY use the oven--I commute to the city and am single. Probably used it a total of 100 times to cook a pizza since then. In June of 2021 the panel light went out that shows the temperature, time, etc. I called Bosch service. No one could come out until the first week of July (three weeks later). He came and replaced the whole control panel--did not fix it. Scheduled another appointment for last week (a month later). Really bad experience with Bosch warranty service for my wall oven. I bought a bench mark series combo wall oven in Feb 2020. In Oct 2020 oven interior paint had an issue and warranty service offered a replacement with new unit, since it was not repairable. It took 4 months to send the replacement. When I received it, I noticed that it is a used unit with dust and rust all over it!!! I rejected that one. That after a lot of follow up they it took an other 4 months to send an other replacement. I just called Bosch because my refrigerator internal ice maker stopped working. It is July 15, 2021 and customer service tells me the 1st available appt is August 5th, 2021. What, I have to wait three weeks. The option I was given is to call not contracted repair but I have to schedule the appt my self. I didn't pay for a $3000 refrigerator to have this issue 5 months into owner ship to wait three weeks before someone will come out to service it. I an now on hold for a supervisor and she tells me shes escalating this to the highest level. WTH does that mean, I have to complain for Bosch to take notice. What a bunch of BS this company is. I had the worst experience with Bosch Appliance USA . They finally swapped out a very high end Refrigerator that they could not fix . They sent their completely incompetent installers to swap it out and ended up breaking a water line , flooding my home causing extensive damage, left it uninstalled . Water went thru my wood floors and ceiling into my basement and crawspace. It was a nightmare . They refused to give me there insurance information to file a claim . Constantly sending me from one person to another . They were even rude when I called again to ask for a higher escalation .They would not escalate it . The wait was long, but well worth it... the gentleman I talked to really knew the dishwasher I was talking about and gave me practical advise and two repair places to call, one in Moorhead ( hour away) and one in Bemidji (almost two hours away) so I will call the store I purchased it at before I call for repair to one of these places...but he was the best person I’ve ever talked to at a customer service place....

4th Technician here they are now saying our floor isn't level and that is why the left door slams shut on you. Under 6 months warranty, still they are trying a new hinge, they are not fixing it and it took months to get service. They are quite frankly one of the worst refrigerator appliance I have owned in 40 years. Don't buy Bosch.
