This company claims it has a money back guarantee. It doesn't... I asked for my payment to be returned when their product would not install on my computer and they give me a robot run around. No money back. I would say they lie, and they won't give your money back. DO NOT BUY from people like this.
Stay away from these fools. They are the worst. On numerous occasions I have tried to cancel a service I didn't order. They send me back emails asking me to be more clear. What needs to be clarified about Cancel my account, refund my money.
This program is not compatible with windows 10. It really messed up my computer. I had to uninstall it. The only way PCProtect can improve my experience is by giving me my money back.
As soon as I purchased, I was offered a host of other add-ons at x amount of $. Confused the entire purchase and I hate companies that blur their product by not offering everything up front.
