Massey lawn fertilizer service is atrocious. They never return your calls (Tim and Dean). You get promises that they will do something and they do not follow through. Just canceled the lawn service and signed up with TruGreen.

My experience with MASSEY services is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! They recently purchased a company that I was using for 17 years, never had a problem. As soon as they took over all my problems started. There technicians are unknowledgeable, every time I asked a question they don’t have an answer. Terrible customer service and not willing to help me. Long hold times when you call. I will NEVER use or recommend MASSEY services to anyone!

Honestly was so unhappy with precision pest control i was going to cancel my service. But then they got bought out by massey services and Bret has kept me extremely happy. I'm finally getting the service I'm paying for and more. Best customer service I've received in a very long time

Have been using Massey for regular pest services and this has gone well. The problems started when we contracted with Massey to do a tenting for termites. Contracts were signed but the date for the service was not written on our contract nor were we given any email notice to verify the dates. We scheduled out of house arrangements and no one showed up when we expected them. We lost $400 dollars for reservations. Tenting started the next week but our sales person never contacted us before work began. Their own policy says that the sales person must come to our home the day before tenting. Initially, they were great. The Raleigh Manager was the one who serviced our home. He left the company after having work there for many years. Too bad bcs after he left it went from 10 stars to zero. Z ....E....R....O!!! It was the absolute worst. Keep looking. Do not use them.

I went under contract with Massey last spring paid $160 upfront and was told that they will call me during the week to set up first treatment, never called but one day a week later they showed up when I was on my way to work. So he just sprayed outside and gave me a time he would come back the following week to finish the first treatment. I took off work and he never showed up....they keep taking my money every quarter but never make an appointment with me.....I have to call them. Meanwhile I have red ants on my back patio and get bitten quite often. I asked for my money back and they told me no, now I am trying to cancel the contract with them and having a hard time with that too.... Read More

Horrible service! I just spoke with the supervisor and he didn't seem to care. He indicated that they are very busy. I spoke to him before I signed up and he assured me that they could provide the service. Now that I have signed up, he tells me that they are just too busy. They set up an appointment and didn't even tell me and acted like it could not be true because "they always schedule appointments with home owners." I called Friday to have someone come and get a mice from a trap and no one showed up and it's now Monday. Horrible service. Broken promises. They drive by an stick a flag in the front yard saying they serviced but the gates were locked due to a pool, so how could they "service" us without letting us know they were there so we could unlock the gate???? A bunch of liars is what they are!!!!!!

hired massey to get of rats from next door....subed me out to another company and when they couldn't solve the problem they quit coming. Attempts to contact massey failed meanwhile I lost a refridgerator and washer, thousands in clothing, broke American indian pottery, art up africiqn dan mask, rugs, old photos. furniture and lots more. Their is protecting life, property and food, Missed out on all three! I was even bitten 3 times. They were quick to tell me they weren't responsible! My experience with Massey Cypress area was terrible! Every time we have misunderstanding with customer service, technicians, appointment settings! first time, I requested my service for a new construction home, technician left stains on my new appliances and it has been a year since, i tried everything to clean up, it stays the same! i asked them to stop by and get a wasp nest from my front door, i had to requested it twice, because first technician did not even touch it, second one, cracked a small piece and left it on the floor , did not clean, did not leave a message that he was there! just hit and run! i am calling them to get my money back and cancel their service for ever! it does...
