I am pleased with my Bay Alarm Medical Alert. Since I have not used any others, I have nothing to compare it with. I will say that your staff have been very informative, courteous and helpful each time I have spoken to them. Keep up the good work.
I am very satisfied with the service of this company. The product seems to be the best on the market. Customer support has been excellent. However, their warranty is useless. The unit failed during the first year. Instead of replacing it per the warranty, they insisted I damaged the unit and I had to purchase a new one at my cost. Because of this I am looking for a company that equals their service and will be switching as soon as my contract expires. Furthermore, if you pay for an entire year, there is no refund if you no longer need the service.
When I started with Bay Medical, I was told there would be no contract. When I tried to cancel, I found that there was. And that I would be charged whether I had the service or not.

Ladies who live alone and have problems
Upon initial installation, one of the wireless activation buttons was inadvertently pressed and within a minute we were called and the person on the phone confirmed our identities and ensured everyone was ok. Later in the week, the equipment notified my mother that there was an issue with the phone line. She quickly determined that one of the phones had gone off hook and subsequently went dead. She hung up the phone and the automated messaging stopped. I'm certainly impressed with how quickly the central office responded the first time. My hope is that any future responses will also be as quick.
I charge it every evening, it is on me at this time. I haven't had to use it but I have the satisfaction of knowing it's there when I need it. thank you very much

We use this in Northern California for my husband's mom and aunt and in Southern California for my mom. It has worked well several times when needed. Just knowing they have this helps them stay a bit more independent and gives us peace of mind.
