Upon receiving my Bay Alarm, I felt an immediate sense of peace. Have used it twice (not meaning to) and when the EMTs got here they were glad I wasn't in real trouble. If someone is checking it out, it got my vote!

We just found out that after 2 1/2 months the system wasn't working. I spoke to the Billing Mgr and the Tech Mgr and neigher one could close and credit back to the day of no service. Do not trust your families safety to these people.

I beleive Bay Alarm should check on the people on the plan periodically. That should be part of the service. I hope i will never need it but it would be nice if they checked once in a while Veronika Gelb

Bay Alarm is doing well. There is one small change I would like to see: The change involves the mobile GPS device that sends a location with the help signal. The device is fine, and it comes with a dressy black holder to wear on the belt. If I am unconscious in the park while exercising, no one would know what is inside the black velcro GPS holder attached to my belt. I would prefer a more undressy holder. Could a holder be developed that is all white,. This would stand out better. On the outside of the holder can be an international red cross symbol.. We actually have two family members using Bay Alarm. My mother, who is 97, and my brother-in-law, who has ALS. My mom hasn't fallen yet, but there have been a few times when her alarm has gone off accidentally. Once, she dropped it on the floor; another time, it his the sink when she was brushing her teeth. Both times, she was contacted immediately by Bay Alarm. I love this system. It's easy to install, and I think their customer service is top notch. They are also one of the most reasonably priced systems on the market and one of the few that has fall alert.
