Not satisfied with Allstate. Cannot get anyone to answer my questions concerning my claim. The claims supervisor Brett Dunlop stated he tried to call on a Friday afternoon but my cell phone does not have any call registered. Then he goes on vacation for a week. Mind you this is after one month of going back and forth providing information to a very polite claims representative Dorothy Robinson. This claim was initiated one month ago. I have provided numerous documents and correspondence but have yet to get resolution. What would your rating be based on this

I looking for a new insurance company. My current company has zero customer service and everything is done through a web page. My primary criteria when looking for a new company is customer service a web portal that works. Allstate's portal after spending the time and energy to generate a quote, said "unable to process your quote at this time". Fatal error. If a company can't hire competent web designers I know the customer service and the rest of the company is going to be equally incompetent.

More expensive insurance but their service is good. Always check to make sure they give you all discount credit on what your auto qualifies for as they will miss some!

How can Allstate be rated #1? They are great when they are collecting your premiums. They are proven to be dishonest in delaying claims and you are totally screwed if you have to go through uninsured motorist with them. Written by a 30 year customer.

hello I can totally agree with my other allstate policyholders it been one delayed tactic after another . I did all the documentation,photos, phone call, photos of the other motorists that actually ran a stop sign . Did a verb and written recording . over 100 phone calls recording and still have more delays. it going on 4 weeks. This should have been handle with in 7 to 10 days . The rent car is biggest joke. they had me pay for it up front and think I going to pay for a car for 7 days . still have not looked at mine. So they can keep it I return it let them pay for it. Thank god my creditor rebuked the charge and blocked them for even trying to pay for what first authorize a car... Read More

If I could award negative stars I would. Had a tree hit my house and damage my car last August, I personally laid out over $15K to get repairs done, ( the scratches and dents on my car STILL haven't been repaired) ALLSTATE, specifically the 7th adjuster Thomas Blades, said they feel they reimbursed me for the damages, I'm still $3K short of getting my own money back and they refuse to pay me after I sent in EVERYTHING they asked for. The pictures of everything damaged and contractors pictures plus every receipt. I now have to pay to have the rest of the siding replaced on my house because they said they don't pay for "age or discoloration" . After 30+ years with them and only 2 previous... Read More

They are saying in the news that they are giving back 15% in car insurance but then they raise my insurance by 20.00 dlls!!!!!with my 6 months renewal and my home insurance raised for another 20.00 dlls !!!!! where is the Help in this difficult times with the coronavirus?!!!!! also when my bedroom ceiling was leaking and called them, they told me after checking my ceiling that is not covered. I will change to another company. I give them cero rating. Be carful with this company.

Need to change logo of your in good hands. The only one in good hands are them when you pay them. Good luck geating a claim though.

insured two vehicles for $609 for 6 months and dropped one vehicle. My policy is now $599 for one vehicle. i expected the premium to be around $325. What a shock.!!!! looking for another insurance company. We have been with Allstate for almost 30 years.

Got a phone call from Allstate to switch insurance to them. They promised to keep my rates very close or same as my present insurance company(State Farm) and they would provide more coverage. Gave them all information about any tickets or accidents and they were able to match the price. well I pay the first month, everything is fine but then the next bill jumps up almost 75 dollars. I called Allstate and they said it is a surcharge for an accident that happened almost three years ago, which I disclosed in very beginning . I asked if we could speak to the person that set me up with this ridiculous coverage and was told she no longer worked for the company, how convenient! They also did not... Read More
