The company also offers discounts to customers who bundle pet policies with renter's or homeowner's coverage.

Lemonade's policies are available to review on the company's website. They are less jargon-y and simpler to understand than many other insurance policies.

One of the company’s strengths is the Lemonade Insurance app, which allows policyholders to easily submit a claim and have the reimbursement promptly deposited into their bank account. The app offers policy holders the ability to chat live with medical experts.

Lemonade's website is heavy on animation but light on information in some areas. However, pet owners who are interested in purchasing a policy from the company can review actual policy coverage, terms, and conditions online. It does take a little digging to find the policies but many insurers don't provide this option at all.

If I would have known about the crazy claims process, and then at the end of it all, the only method to be reimbursed...Is that you want my Bank Info, and social security number....seriously??? Big mistake

We had them for 6mth dog tore his ACL its not covered. They are a scam DO NOT buy their insurance they are garbage.. won't cover .. SCAM lemonaid is a joke

Prices are fair, however to file a claim one must go through the craziest process. Reason I’m going to another company and paying more —the hassle of filing a claim.

The claim process is a complete joke -- they make you enter each line item of the vet bill manually through a mobile-phone based chat system. For a new company that's trying to "re-imagine" insurance it's hard to believe they'd create such a cumbersome system. Total fail and not worth the money.
