We have, we're bought our policy because we travel a lot and was looking for a discount big mistake. The roadside assistance that the really acted like it was trying to help us for about 23 weeks. Getting our road off the side are Arvie off the side of the road. But when it came right down to it, there wasn't helping us at all. We ended up losing RV and all F our belongings that were INR. V. After a year of premiums paid and zero claims, I was non-renewed unceremoniously with an e-mail referral to another company. Thanks for nothing, I guess. Despite the low premiums, my limited times trying to get in touch with someone always left me concerned of the day where I might need to actually rely on Roamly to pay a claim.
This company is the biggest RIP OFF . Will drag you through it if you have a claim and then not pay it. Their adjusters are independents . Starting in February of this year we had a claim. The shop called me and told me that Romly was going to pay the claim. And then 3 days later Romly said that they were not going to pay the claim because the adjusters do not work for Romly. The adjuster gave the shop what they were going to pay as far as the estimate goes. Then the shop called me 3 days later saying Romly was not going to cover it. Does not answer the phone they are stalling on a claim be careful yes you save money but don’t file a claim
Hope you don’t have a claim….. This company is like most insurance companies! They all want their money for premium . But they will try to get out of paying the claim! They tell the shop they will cover it and the 3 week later after the shop start working on the Rv they denied the claim put me in a bad situation. Customer service bad bad!
Can't get anyone to answer call just to get a copy of brand new policy.

I would recommend that you carefully examine the TrustPilot reviews of Roamly before purchase. Every single positive review on the site is for the ease of purchasing the Roamly policy and the cheap price. Every single negative review (and there are many) is from a Roamly customer who had to actually file an accident claim on the policy, only to find out that Roamly ignored their claims for months and never paid out. What good is a cheap policy if you don't have any coverage when you file a claim? i do not recommend. this company, i will be taking them to court over them not covering a camper that was damaged
