I needed to move quickly for work from Los Angeles to Chicago, and Midland Van Lines made it happen smoothly. They scheduled my move within a tight timeframe, and I was impressed with how well everything was coordinated. Their team arrived on time, packed everything securely, and kept me updated during transit. I was nervous about moving across the country on short notice, but Midland took care of everything. When I arrived in Chicago, all my stuff was waiting for me—on time and in perfect condition. They really took the stress out of moving, and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
Midland Van Lines made our family’s big move from Boston to Atlanta so much easier! My wife and I were moving with two toddlers and were stressed about how we’d manage. The Midland team arrived right on time, packed everything with care, and handled it all so efficiently. They kept us updated and reassured us every step of the way. When we arrived in Atlanta, our belongings were delivered right on time, and not a single thing was damaged. Moving with young kids is a challenge, but Midland made it feel effortless. I had a lot on my plate with the new role and planning the move, so I decided to hire a moving company to make the transition smoother. After reading some reviews, I chose Midland Van Lines because they’re family- and veteran-owned—values that I really appreciate. We went over all the terms, and everything was set to go.
The employees from Midland Van Lines were absolutely professional and very kind with our family throughout the move. James was great from day one, prompt and professional in his responses and very clear with his communication. The delivery is scheduled, and Midland provided us with updates along the way. They arrived when expected and all of our items, except a large mirror of ours that we knew had busted in the last move but were told by multiple people they could still fix. We can now say that Midland Van Lines eased our nerves and actually helped with this long trip across the country. And there were never any hidden fees or surprises; the quoted price was what I paid. The team were professional and on time, as well as extremely careful with our stuff. The shipping was faster than I expected and all products are in excellent condition, no damaged. Spoke with Adrian at Midland Van Lines to get a quote for my interstate move. He was kind and professional UNTIL I decided that I was going to go a different route and then he became hostile and rude on the phone, lying to me about how my chosen path was going to cost me extra money and then hung up while I was thanking him for his time. I feel like I dodged a bullet and am glad I did not choose to go with them.
I had an amazing experience with Midland van lines The team was professional, polite and took care of my belongings. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and took good care to pack everything in safe & careful way. And even though moving is the worst, they made it a little better for us. I am extremely pleased with the services that I had received from Midland van lines . The movers were punctual, professional and they handled my items with care. It was fast and they packed everything properly and transported it to the other place with relative ease (they were actually very co operative .
