1. When we informed Erin at the contract signing on 5-14-20 that we needed our project to start right away because it needs to be finished before 7-27-20, he wrote on the contract that our project will start as soon as materials were in stock. Although he would not promise us our finish date by writing it on the contract, he said that it was realistic as long as we selected materials that were in stock. After several calls, texts, and e-mails to WSKB inquiring about when the project would start, they finally began 36 days after the contract was signed. Regrettably, I hired this contractor to do a bathroom remodel. Workmanship was substandard and reworks numerous. 80% of my money taken by day 3, and 94% by week 3 of an estimated 6-week project that this company pulled out of after 18 weeks, leaving a multitude of outstanding issues that required me to hire another contractor to complete, fix, redo and cover up mistakes. Permanent (unfixable) mistakes made and damages done to my personal property that were not rectified. Electrical and plumbing work done without a license which company has been cited for.
