Nextiva's business phone systems plans offer great, reliable service for the price. What's more, all plans, except for metered SIP trunking, offer unlimited minutes. The two high end plans are particularly feature rich, providing first rate conference bridging, advanced team features and call management, and supervisory control functions. As large, enterprise-level business phone providers go, Nextiva delivers most everything you'd expect, and does it at a relatively low price.

Nextiva offers unparalleled VoIP services that can fit any business from startup to enterprise level. The company features cloud-based hosted PBX, analytics, and call centers. Additionally, Nextiva offers SIP trunking services that can integrate with a clients existing, on-premises PBX and significantly cut costs eliminating per minute charging. Although the company does sell it's own phones and devices, in most cases they will be able to work with your existing VoIP enabled equipment. Although Nextiva advertises a 99.999 percentage uptime, there is no mention of a guarantee agreement.

Nextiva has three business phone service plans: Office Pro, Office Pro Plus, and Office Enterprise. The Pro plan offers a pretty much standard services for business phone plans, but the two higher tier plans go the extra mile. All plans have free porting so you can keep existing numbers, advanced call management, toll free number, voicemail to email/text, virtual fax, HD music on hold, and the ability for managers to monitor calls and jump in if necessary. Some Office Pro and Enterprise features include professionally recorded greetings, "call me now" -- a button on your website that gives a direct line to clients, conference bridge, mobile app, and Nextiva anywhere -- a feature that connects your business number to your mobile phone.

Nextiva's three primary plans offer unlimited calling and solid features. Of the business phone system providers that advertise price per line, (many do not offer standard plans but develop personalized quotes based on your needs) Nextiva has some of the lowest rates. Office Pro is $19.95 per line per month, Office Pro Plus is $22.95 per line per month, and Office Enterprise is $29.95 per line per month. If you go the SIP Trunking route you have the choice of metered or unmetered. Unlimited plans are $24.95 per month. Metered plans go for $14.95 per month and .008 cents a minute.
