If you’re looking to get robbed and defrauded, Wyndham is the way to go! You would never expect a prominent company like Wyndham to be so unethical and shady. When we were sold a timeshare by their them, we were promised many things that turned out to be bogus! I used some of my points to get a few gifts cards. They were sent regular mail which they say takes 7-10 business days. I never received them, and of course they can't be tracked. On my third call 17 days later I'm told that they are not responsible, and I don't get my points back according to the terms and conditions. Marriott used to appreciate their customers but that has changed over the last 5 years or so.

By merging with Starwood and unfairly matching status (since Marriott rewards members get inferior status with Starwood) Marriott is acknowledging they are an inferior rewards program not loyal to their members. Very disappointed with Marriott rewards. This policy makes me regret having being gone loyal to Marriott for so many years.
