Founded in Columbus, Ohio in 1866, Huntington is a full service bank servicing the majority of the American Midwest. The bank and its affiliates feature traditional personal and business banking options, along with loan services, investment management, and insurance. Huntington has a strong reputation for customer support and good financial ratings from S&P, Moody's, and Fitch.

Account Features

Huntington Bank offers four business checking accounts, two of which offer unlimited transactions. Huntington accounts are particularly good for small businesses, but can accommodate businesses of any size. Accounts are tiered with the simplest perfect for small businesses or non-profits with limited monthly transactions, to larger enterprises that would require things like payroll and fraud prevention services.

Business Checking 100 - Huntington's most basic account, ideal for start ups and those businesses with minimal monthly transactions. Business Checking 100 has no monthly service fee, but will charge you if you exceed $5,000 in monthly deposits or 100 transactions in total. The account also comes with a 120 day free trial of Huntington Bank's Fraud Tool.

Unlimited Business Checking - Has a monthly service fee but unlimited transactions allowed. This account has a $10,000 monthly cap on deposits included in the monthly service fee. This fee can be offset by maintaining a total of $10,000 in other Huntington accounts. Unlimited Business Checking customers get to choose one bonus service at no extra charge. These services include the fraud tool, Huntington Deposit Scan, payroll, two free incoming domestic wires, and up to 25 free returned deposit items per month.

Unlimited Plus Business Checking - Also unlimited transactions, but Huntington's highest monthly deposit limit at $25,000 included in the service fee. This account is also interest bearing. Customers can waive the fee by maintaining $50,000 combined balances in other Huntington accounts. Account holders can choose two bonus services at no extra charge.
