Hydro Dimensions Walk-in Tubs review
We recently received our custom designed tub that we ordered from Zach Wennstedt at Aging Safely Bathtubs. (Although he's out of Colorado and we're in Washington, the transaction went perfectly.) Zach put a rush on our custom order. In only two weeks after ordering it, it was built, shipped, and received, even with the special-ordered hydro jets in the hip area for extra therapy that my husband desperately needs. We are so happy with it. Zach made sure our needs were met. If you pay attention to many ads, you'll note that the water only comes chest high and the shoulders are WAY out of the water. The extra 7” of depth that our tub has over most allows the V-shaped jets to be in just the right spot to relax our upper backs, the trapezoid muscles, whereas other tubs are much too short to provide any therapy for the upper back and heat for the neck. Our shoulders and neck can stay submerged and keep warm under water, which is really comfy! The quick drain, heated seat, air jets, and hand rails are all great to have too. But most of all, we are backed by a lifetime warranty with a company that is rated high in customer service. Zach took the time to explain the differences in tub features and why he chooses to represent Aging Safely Bathtubs. He was truthful and professional and walked us through making the decision that was best for us. You’ll be happy with him too.
