Terrible bank! Applied for a student loan refinance as a co-signor. Both my credit score and the applicant's were OVER 700 and both of us had NO late payments at all on our credit reports. What a joke their underwriting department is!! Go elsewhere and don't waste your time, you can get a much better rate elsewhere anyway, without all the hassle and you won't have to deal with incompetent people.

DRB provided me with a no-hassle, stress-free experience. I had no prior knowledge of borrowing and they were able to really simplify the process for me and I ended up receiving a much lower rate than at SoFi.

TERRIBLE. they are out of money. I went through ALL The paperwork and was approved last November 2015 for the refinance. THEN THEY NEVER FUNDED THE REFINANCE LOAN. its MAY 2016 and at this point I do not trust the company enough to accept if they did come through with the money. this happened to two of my colleagues. They took on debt from EMP (large Emergency Medicine group) as well as a Dental professional society and ARE OUT OF MONEY to fund individuals. but they are still recruiting (I get advertisements from them in the mail.) UNETHICAL. DRB IS A NO GO. save yourself and choose someone else.
