In the process right now, and I am very pleased. Uploading documents was very easy, refinancing process streamilined. The agent actually took an interest in my personal/financial goals to make sure I was refinancing for all the right reasons. Everything has been correct and if there was anything estimated I was fully aware. I saved 2% on my rate and dropped my payment by almost $200.00. I also have to add that I did call my existing mortgage company to let them know I was considering a refinance with Rocket, and not only was the agent rude, all he did was try to see what Rocket was offering. I replied, don't worry about them, tell me what you can do and he said he would get back to me. Still waiting! My Rocket broker, gave me his cell and told me call ANYTIME, if I had any questions.
