Beware of wolves in sheep clothing. Just as long as you make all the right moves and no changes one is treated well. Take a step out of line and they'll come down hard.

I was concerned that loanDepot would change my rates and delay my 2 loans based on some bad reviews on this site. I am leaving this review to indicate that loanDepot did not change the great rates they gave me on the initial loan estimate, closed my 2 loans within 60 days with excellent customer service.
My loan officer was ' Tarin Golden' and he was the key to closing this loan with loanDepot because:
* Gave me the best rate on my 1st call, did not waste time in doing it because he realized I had a competing offer.
* Was detailed in helping me think through the recovery time of spending on discount points.
* Renewed his licensing over a weekend to be the Loan Officer for my Texas property.
* Worked to get waivers and make the processing fast.

I just recinanced my house with LDW, I did not have any problems at all. Every step they did they communicated electronically to me. I started the process on 4-27-2017 and I closed on 5-30-2017 with very good interest rate. Thank you very much. Luvel.
