Total Home Protection is a home warranty company dedicated to providing comprehensive home warranty plans for a multitude of budgets. They have two different plans, with optional add-ons for fully customizable coverage. Coverage can be transferred to new homeowners easily in case of a move, with no additional fee.

Total Home Protection is quite a new company within the home warranty landscape, having been founded in 2016. Though most of the terms and conditions of their policies are fairly standard, their remarkable flat rate service fee of $60 is exceptionally generous. They have very little customer feedback, due to the youth of the company, but their eminently customizable plans can make them an excellent choice. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel this Agreement within the first thirty (30) days of the order date for a full refund of the paid contract fees, less any service costs incurred by us. If this Agreement is canceled after thirty (30) days, you shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid contract fee for the unexpired term, less a $50 administrative fee and any service costs incurred by us. If we have provided services and the amount of the service costs incurred by us is greater than the contract fees paid, then no refund will be due to you.

DO NOT CHOSE THEM FOR YOUR HOME WARRANTY!!! BE WARE, THEY WILL CLAIM WHATEVER IT IS THAT "ITS NOT COVERED"! MY AC WENT OUT AND THEY TOLD ME MY COMPRESSOR WASNT COVERED. JUST TO KEEP FROM REPLACING THE PART....CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AS WELL AS THE SUPERVISOR (DAVID)

I have to say that Tim Harris a very kind, considerate, compassionate salesmen. He made sure that all my questions were answered and assured me that you are a service that can be trusted. That you have many customers in our area. I have been with American Home Shield and was not happy with them. There service fee was higher and cost per month higher. Again I want to compliment Tim Harris for his wonderful service. I did want to mention that I found your company in an email however there was no phone number. I had some good experiences and some bad experience. The time frame in which I got my claim meet at times took extremely to long. They have increased my deductible to 125.00 from 75.00. Just not impressed.
