Vey Bad company. They do not cover anything. So, I canceled with them but they keep taking money from my credit card! I have to dispute every month! They took unauthorize way at least 5 months money from my credit card. I call them but they do not answer after waiting more than one hour. Stay away from this company. I cannot give even one star.

I was caught in a pickle when I couldn't open my garage door, couldn't even get my car out which was quite problematic. Secure home warranty kept to their word and pulled through with the fastest repair i've experienced, they sent a same day contractor and I was still able to have the second half of my day

Yesterday they sent out a techie to repair some issue in my electrical box w the breakers. The parts were replaced and the whole procedure took roughly 1 hour, best part is the appeal system over the phone which is quite fluid

At first was a bit skeptical because most of these warranty companies come off very cheap and turn out to be stingy with pay off. Secure was not stingy at all, they reimbursed a repair on my ductworking in my one fam house. Very generous

Thanks for the repair on my home heating system. The central unit was fairly new but still needed some sort of maintenance that I had no clue about, many thanks!

Warning!! I'm beginning to Beleive this company is going out of business. Or is a fraudulent business. I have had a claim open on a Uline Ice maker since October of 2016. Secure Home Warranty refused to have it repaired, stating "a 7 year old ice maker is too old to spend $500 on a repair bill. But they did agree to pay $250. which is 1/2 of the cost. I agreed by returning a email signed agreement on December 13th. Today is February 16th and after several phone calls, I still have not received the check. I am repeatedly told the "check is in the mail". So beware!

I called to report my garage door opener is not working. They sent me the name of a company that said they do not have a contract with them because they had difficulty getting paid. I was then told to find my own company to replace the garage door opener, pay out of my pocket, and they would review cost to see how much they would cover. I told them "No" this is not why I purchase a home warranty to pay out of my pocket for repairs but for their contactor to repair and cost is cover through home warranty. Dryer went down on January 12th of 2017. Sent a repair man out 2 times and dryer is not working properly. Offered me $125.00 to replace dryer. Customer service is rude and unprofessional. I was not Secure with Secure Home Warranty I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to do business with them.

It's been almost half a year with this warranty company, I found out about it by word of mouth. So far Secure has serviced my well pump and microwave oven that is built in to my cabinet in my kitchen,, Both of these separate claims resulted with full repair, what was even better was not having out of pocket fees no surprises

Aside from being on hold for 10 minutes the remainder of my service call went pleasantly and it has led me to write this review. I wasn't expecting to be taken care of with such an intensive job like my hvac system but little did I know I had full coverage. I was reimbursed by check the following week
