Final Thoughts

Federal Home Assurance offers a flexible home warranty program by allowing homeowners to choose from plans with a set of covered items. This way, homeowners could choose the type of coverage they need and set a budget accordingly. What makes this interesting is that Federal Home Assurance also offers electronics coverage for flat screen TVs, smartphones, tablets and laptops. A great option for homeowners searching to protect these items we use so much and that frequently break.

Do not throw your money away! This company will not help you, represent you or assist you in any way--other than gladly accepting your annual fee. There is no follow up or follow through. When it comes to making a claim, First American Home Warranty is IN BUSINESS with the companies they use as service providers. This means that NO ONE is representing the home owner. First American Home Warranty should NEVER be used. You're better off saving your annual fee and applying it toward services or equipment your home needs. I also must say that I have NEVER written a review before (good or bad). Please Believe me when I say you should AVOID this company!
