Like others who have provided a review I got a very quick call from front point to go through their system. During the conversation I let him know what I found in research and was looking for. Once he said he had done a detailed security plan after about 25 minutes I asked to be provided a quote via email. The promised follow-up call never happened not was the quote as promised. They asked a lot of questions that were based on my emotions - when I responded based on information gathered and needs it appeared I might not be their target customer. Makes me wonder who they would like as customers - informed and inquiring or others who may not be and are quite afraid.

My wife and I had protection 1 and we're having issues due to a lack of communication on their part. We got excited when the vivint sales rep came to our porch. They offered more and newer goodies for the same price so we decided to switch systems. Protection 1 had hidden fees for cancellation but the vivint techs paid the cancellation fee for us. Then the storms came and our house was struck by lightning, and our panel took the brunt and didn't communicate with the rest of the system. I contacted costumer service and set up for a tech to come out and fix it for the following Thursday. Then I received a phone call from a technician saying that he could be there later that night. I work late so it worked out perfectly. The tech stayed until 0130 am to fix my system. Tell me will any other company do that for their costumers.
