In the beginning the company had live people that would help you with your concerns, setup, etc.. Now, talk to the hand is the motto!! Hours of texting, do this, then try this... and I pay for this service WTF. Not paying anymore, will look to Ring, they too had a customer service you could talk to, will check first before I buy any additional cameras, front door Ring works great!!

Canary promised free lifetime monitoring when I bought my two cameras, with subscription options. A few months ago Canary limited it's video capture to just a few seconds and limited video storage to just one day, but let owners use the cameras for video surveillance without restrictions. Now, I can't even log on to my Canary account to look at the camera videos. I requested an explanation from Canary through their web page but have received no response. The only option Canary offers me is a paid subscription, and without a subscription the cameras are useless. I own 5 of these devices that met my expectations up until Oct. 3. They updated the TOS and services that were initially offered as free and advertised on the packaging are now only available as a subscription service. This company has basically scammed us into buying their product only to change it where it is useless without a subscription.
