Don't trust them. They'll say anything in order to get you to sign. Very pushy sales process. They wouldn't even hang up the phone unless I signed a contract. On top of that, they offered minimal explanation of their process. I canceled and the lady told me I was going to be reimbursed which was a lie. Turns out, they're taking my deposit for themselves. Overall this is a very shady company. Please beware.

Terrible experience. Advice -- talk to your creditors. They will arrange a payment plan for you and your credit rating will be protected. Not so with this place. Clear One is interested in THEIR profit, not in resolving your problems. And, they make accounting errors -- like taking money from your account when they are not authorized to do so-- and then taking WEEKS and phone calls and all kinds of frustrations to try to get the situation settled. Expensive and sleazy. Save money and frustration and talk to your creditors first.
