To start out you'll need to obtain copies of your credit reports from the three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion) and submit them to Lexington Law. (They can help you obtain these when you sign up.) Then, there is an online "Dispute Valet" feature that lets you choose which negative items you would like to dispute. Lexington Law representatives are available to assist you in determining this throughout the entire process.

After completing the Dispute Valet service, Lexington Law will send disputes to the different credit bureaus, asking them to supply verified and accurate details about the negative items in question. Credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate disputes and supply you with results and an updated credit report. Upon receiving the report, clients are requested to send it to Lexington Law for evaluation and continue with the dispute process if it remains unresolved in your favor.

Lexington Law features:

  • One simple monthly fee for all services, including communication with credit bureaus, verification requests, and unlimited disputes on questionable credit items
  • Non-confrontational intervention with creditor for customers who are late with payments
  • For very late accounts, creditor intervention that requests full documentation of compliance with consumer protection statutes and credit reporting revisions
  • For charged-offs and collection accounts, demands complete accounting of the listing’s full substantiation or appropriate revision
  • Immediately gathers your credit information upon completion of engagement agreement

  • Sends email alerts if there are any changes on your credit reports which could positively or negatively affect your credit score

I used this company in 2007/2008 I was contacted by them, don't know how they got my information, but we talked, I said I could use their service to increase my credit score, well I paid the initial fee to get started then 89.99 a monthto increase my fico score, 8-9 months in ,not seeing any change, they insisted it takes time and they got "29" things removed off my credit repoort. You as an individule can accomplish that and pay nothing, get your report and dispute everthing, it is temporarily removed untill it is "investigated" all the "29" things removed from my credit report by Lexington /Law wer back on in just a few months AND credit report was NOT improved.further more after a period... I used Lexington Law firm before and at first they did okay for me, but eventually it got to a point where I had to cancel with them because of bad service. Even after I cancelled with them, they continued to charge my bank account without permission. I had to cancel my bank account just to get them to stop. Then they continued to call and harrass me to a point where it became multiple times a day. They only stopped after I had to sue them. I have since tried a few other companies to finish what Lexington started and came across an company that I have had zero issues with and have produced more results than all the companies combined.

Works better than expected. My wife and I both signed up to get some help with our credit reports. I was skeptical at first but started to get alerts after the first month that items were being removed. There was a lot of success during the first 4 months. Then there were 2-3 months with very little activity and then another spike in results. I'm not about a year into the services and my score has jumped from a 620 to over 730 and over 90% of my negative items have been removed. I've since refinanced my house and a car to lower interest rates. The money I've spent on Lexington law is a small price compared to the savings I'm now benefiting from by qualifying for low interest rates on... Read More

I signed up for lexington law in 2015 and i was skeptical at first and wasn't sure as well and i thought thats great my credit is going to be fixed over time I was wrong in over 2 months i only saw 2 items removed after anothe month went by and did not see any more improvements at all. Its true what everyone says about credit repair services there all scams and dont bother to help with your credit report issues. After I cancelled there services they kept charging my card and I had to dispute with my bank to reverse dthe money that was taken from me out of my account. They are so full of crap and when the dispute letters get sent out they just come back to me as it was undeliverable I do... Read More

I used LL, at the time, because I was considering buying a home. They took my money and showed me my credit rating and any changes and nothing more. I expected them to help me in improving it and resolving my issues; they didn't. I was told to make contacts on my own to resolve the issues. "WHICH IS WHAT WAS I PAYING THEM TO DO" so I thought. I could have kept my money and not signed up with them. If you have to do the work on your own what's the point in using their services at all.

I used Lex.Law many yrs ago. They worked fast, straightened out everything, especially claims on credit reports with my name spelled different ways, updated & corrected resolved issues not corrected resolved issues with creditors. I highly recommend them

As a former client of Lexington Law, based on my own experience, this company is one of the worst "credit repair companies" ever. I actually don't know how, but they have their own website, that it shows you're "credit reports". That credit report is inaccurate, since once they start the process of "disputing", some of your accounts appear to be removed, but when you check your real reports, directly from the bureaus, every single account still there and I keep asking myself and I know you will to; Why they charge so much of your credit card, every month, when you can do the same thing on your own with better results???

I did see a change in my score in the first few month but once i stop using their service my score drop down.
