I like this company a lot. Reasonable prices, staffed by seniors, available, friendly, and patient (very kind to my non-tech-savvy mother). On top of all that, when automatic billing got messed up and they couldn't get in touch with me, they kept the service on for my mother for safety reasons. I have maintained this service for years for my mom, and I have had nothing but good experiences.
